For what it’s worth Roger, I had a similar experience on IG as the doors opened at 8am. I missed the first few trading minutes but it resolved itself fairly quickly.

Is there a reason why 7.48 is highlighted in your chart? Is this a predicted price for a particular milestone? Interested to hear your evaluation.

A timely reminder to us all that this is far from over; it’s just beginning! Lots of work ahead for CAG and the legal team and I’m sure that each of us, in our own small way or large, will be willing to contribute where we can. Looking forward to the Zoom calls and seeing how I, and others, can help. An example being Tonlin’s request for help with Zoom calls; I can easily help here but we need some kind of dedicated board where advice can be requested and shared. Something accessible to those who are truly part of ‘The Cause’ and certainly not the imposters who skulk on this board. Ideas welcome how we share and request information.

Same here TreeFern. No acknowledgment received as yet so let’s assume they’ll get back to us fairly soon and with further details. I don’t know about you but IMO even if the assets are sold for 300M and we (well, most of us) more than ‘break even’, I still very much hope that CAG will be taking the perpetrators ‘to the cleaners’ through the courts. They need to be held accountable for their actions and get a taste of prison life.

A ‘stitch up’ it certainly is molatov! However, currently the assets are held by the Senior Lender (Summit) - not Art and his merry men - and they’re looking to claw their money back and get rid of the assets ASAP, at least that’s my understanding of the current ‘comings and goings’. Our Colin and team are certainly connected to the right people so I very much hope this gets discussed, as a ‘possibility’ if nothing else.

JohnDough - I take your point but this is an absolutely massive oil-rich field we’re talking about, likely far far bigger than the Paradox.

Colin, if you’re reading this, I hope you’re keeping your eyes on the ongoing saga at COPL. Unfortunately for shareholders there (myself included), it’s looking like chief bandito Art Millholland is looking to get all the Wyoming assets on the cheap (via COPL America and - likely - BP) after a jaw-dropping public theft. Multiple billions of barrels of the black stuff in-situ and an enormous amount of money to be made from CO2 sequestration too. Maybe you could collaborate with ‘another’ player to outbid them? Just a thought…

Setanta1 for what it’s worth, I’m grateful that CH isn’t “an oilman of note”. I’m currently 98% down in my substantial COPL investment (substantially more money lost than I have) as I, along with many others, were duped by the “oilman of note”, Arthur Millholland, who has instigated an immense shareholder theft. If you’re not aware of what’s going on with COPL then I suggest you take a look at the LSE thread. There is so much shystering in the oil business right now (many other companies being run into the ground to the detriment of genuine shareholders) that I can sleep easy with Colin at the helm here. He may not be the oilman that some people want but I get the impression that he’s an honest and genuine leader who is not out to shaft the likes of you and I at the earliest opportunity, and for that I remain invested and optimistic about Zephyr. CH and the team experienced a huge turn of bad luck last year, and any reasonable person would evaluate this to be undeniable. The grass may appear greener on the other side but you can bet your bottom dollar it ain’t pal. Chin up, keep the faith, good things are around the corner here.

Yes, thanks for the update RBM, plus Stas and others for all the other helpful comments. I’m sure there’s an absolute ton of work going on behind the scenes right now. On behalf of myself and others, thanks again for all the unseen and unrecognised work you’re all doing for all of us shareholders. I for one am exceedingly grateful and look forward to further updates as they arrive. I fully suspect we’re in for a very long ride so I hope you’ll not feel too pressured by others to continually respond; we know you’ve got our backs and will provide information as and when it’s ready to disclose.

I’m wary of not wanting to take all the talk away from the imminent lawsuit but… there has been chatter of a share price reset. Can anyone point to a share where this has happened previously? What happens to to those shares bought after the ‘crash’? Are they also reset skywards? Any guidance welcome. TIA

You raise an interesting point about the terms of the lease. I wonder if there’s anything in the T&Cs about not acting illegally/ fraudulently that might cause the lease to be rescinded??? Might be worth a look… imagine that! “Oh, about that almighty fraud you just pulled off, the land is no longer leased to you”.

In light of various messages on this board, I wanted to reach out to RBM, in particular, and others who have contributed positively to the SHG. What the group sets out to achieve is no mean feat and I have the greatest admiration for everyone doing so much behind the scenes for the benefit of all shareholders.

Looking deeper at the Companies House registration for Anavio (thanks Shouston for initiating this), I’m somewhat surprised that such a tiny company, with minimal assets (see their CH filing history) could be responsible for such a huge mess. It’s almost like they don’t even have any money but somehow are the BOD saviours. Very strange indeed.

I’m also intrigued about the previous Members of this company. Where are they now? What do they know? Would they testify in court? All these kind of questions just get one wondering, right?

Smellyben - that’s a fine suggestion. I didn’t know such a meeting could be called and had to Google it. I think if tomorrow provides no MEANINGFUL RNS from the board then we should agree on such an approach.

Now then Tiburn, we’ll have none of this common sense or logical thinking here! Honestly, what were you thinking posting this brilliantly thoughtful and productive contribution on a board like this? It won’t go down at all well…

Hi All, I’m new to trading but have 95% of my investment in Zephyr (just a small holding in ORR as well). I follow this board daily and I’m grateful to all the regulars for encouraging me to invest here. I’ve a question in relation to Bubble’s point about BP being ‘on the lookout’. Let’s say they want to make a move on Zephyr, how would that work exactly? Would we as individuals have to accept BPs offer and ‘sell’ or could we remain in the game, i.e. would this be mandatory? Apologies for such a novice question but I really have no idea how such a ‘buyout’ might work for us private investors, and warmly welcome any constructive advice or thoughts.
