Newuncle I will, I may be confused but when PJ owned the company, without going back over st James and Box days , it registered in my memory he was in for just over 3 million, perhaps I’m wrong at least Andrew Flitcroft still shows to hold 600+k which is the one I continually watch , it is my belief if he sells we all should. GL
Well well definitely brought the worms out of the woodwork LOL That’s why I am sitting here in the position I am after following this company for the past 12 years , and I shall be in a far better place in the next 5 years given I live that long LOL. At least I try for constructive dialogue with the blinkers off . Buy guys enjoy LOL.
Definitely looking forward to the AGM. First in the queue to reignite hold acquaintances with Roger ,Kath, Andrew, Graham and others. The list of questions gets longer by the day.GLA
Occam nice to see someone on the same wavelength . Never will understand why RS gave away the small ( all but growing) revenues before he proved the concept ,and to get involved in CLN to my mind shows his lack of business acumen, by purely following his dream.
Without going back across all holdings am I correct in saying that PJ has sold approximately a million shares. I thought he held just over 3 million at the start.
Results next , before the end of July and AGM, expecting a real carve up. Then hopefully a clear road to success.GLA
Won’t be a happy bunny with his mug being spread across the BB .LOL
FFS look at the positive, application withdrawn and resubmitted in a few days .seems to me the company has discussed things with the FCA and the conclusion has been reached that the original submission did not meet the operational requirements enlarged.
Now to crawl back into my hole, as I am wasting my time on here bye. GLA.
It’ll run, maybe not before close but within a very short period, problem is, is it north or south.
Where have all the stalwarts disappeared too. Keep the faith guy’s, now the time to stop licking the wounds and look to the short term future.GLA
Now for bigger and better things before the end of May (1 week) To my mind the original application was insignificant compared to the revised input. AIMO .This is when times get really interesting ,maybe just maybe the scope of the project exceeds all the BODs expectations, bring it on GLA
Slow down, got a small amount to get before the lid blows
Gary25 I think you are correct, selling to clear the CLN ,then a small dilution to replace.
Slowly reloading now we appear to have bottomed out.
All the years I have been following we have never come up trumps with a legal argument. Once cleared the news flow will be substantial (hope not for the next few weeks.) GLA
Thanks.PJ, could actually be beneficial if our dealings have been solely with the ME and Canada. GLA
Not going anywhere until last years results and actions re the CLN have been notified to the market then the potential will return.AIMO GLA
MHL2020: I am assuming that the funding stack is made up from the PI,Canadian investor, and the Middle East investor ie £15 ml in total . What I had not picked up on was ‘most of the year’ all the more reason to generate revenue.
Swerve: in RS own words cash flow forecasts from July 22 would be substantially improved, this to date has not materialised that I know of, and I believe it would have been generated from the Qatar banking licence award which did not happen. Now that the licence has been approved and action being taken to open an office in Qatar I believe that we are closer than are being told ,even if the system is not fully up and running ,to generating revenue. If the£25 ml as suggested is funding for the next 12 months, with a spend rate of £12.5 k per hour we are heading for oblivion. Expecting a juicy RNS in the next couple of months to inform us . Could be totally wrong though. DYOR GL
That’s half a million a week on less than 25 heads the Mayfair office must be bloody expensive.LOL.
Swerve, been here since 2011 attended AGM ‘s i don’t think you can teach me anything about TNT. If you believe we will still be here in 18 months at that rate of burn without revenue I don’t think I will bother investing again. LOL .GL
MHL2020 tend to disagree the first £10 + the other £5ml is what the forecasts include without the next £10ml ,if it is the total 25ml .I’m gone!!! GL
Meant to say,the concept is phenomenal that’s why I’m investing GL
Rebuilding now, believe it has bottomed out, next catalyst for me is the opening of Qatar trading hub, start receiving revenue, before abysmal set of results for 22/23 due out before the end of July, which according to custom and practice will run to the wire. £10 million in a year is some rate of burn for a small startup, .Next few months is make or break. AIMO. DYOR.
As of today there is no revenue, substantial cash flow was promised last July, RS own forecast.
What happened???
AI research and development is notoriously expensive, and the funding climate is ,in RS own words, difficult in the present climate .
At this rate of capital burn in the short term, dilution is a good bet.
Accepting the future could be very rosy ,but that could be a long way off.
