Signing out GLA
Corporate RNS delivered last trading morning before Christmas with the strength of those words, implies a really joyous holiday and definitely a prosperous new year.
Seasons greetings to all.
Rob:if we have diverted to gas, this imo would mean less risk more reward following Sch discovery years ago. Can’t believe the rig and personnel are stood idle waiting for the next drills
Sorry the “Bid” not the ask .This in my view normally triggers a buy above “Ask”
Got it right at last GLA.
Nothing suspicious. Just the majority of the trades registered as sell have been .85 the quoted share price ,not as the norm just above the ask.
Expecting a large reported buy at the end of play !!!!!
Is the monster beginning to stir?????
Auction today then good news will flow.
The bait has been cast. Now a 6 month wait to be told it’s all off. Don’t believe for one minute all the large holders will not want the freedom to deal on the open market. This is when the power of the majority holders will come into play.Bwtfdik
GLA LTH talk again in 6 months.
Over the next month I shall be throwing everything at this including the kitchen sink, anything below 75p . In SP
1. 100% profit on sale!!!
2. Even if the sale falls through potential is massive as I have always said,( starting with Barbados) maybe have to revert to being a LTH. ( can’t see this going to the wall some investor would want slice as revenue starts to take off)
Money in the Bank?????
Now to get away from this fecking bb and enjoy life GLA
New: figures all very nice but where is the working capital coming from??? Not the existing BOd rest assured, that is why I believe the suitors will not go ahead ,to higher cash burn for around a 3rd of the company with realistically little control.Glad to be proved wrong. Waiting with excitement.
Don’t believe anything will happen until all 14 tranches of the finance have been taken. GLA
From memory around 60%
Understand that, GL hope you are right. That’s exactly why l believe that the Suitor will not go ahead . Owning half a company when you think you own it all. Have a good evening time a glass or two.
As I said “what goes on behind closed doors not my problem” what I’m suggesting is in my view how the market will see it. Time will tell .
Simples: if there are 17ml shares at £1.50 each + £3+ml to finance the Dept without other incurring costs . Whatever goes on behind closed doors is not my problem. GLAnyway.
Suitor has to pay £26 ml for the 17 ml shares plus £3 ml to finance the debt, plus ongoing costs ,which are notoriously high in fintech space,,without any revenue, all at the moment on an idea.?? . That’s a total of £30+ ml .Cheaper to invest £10mil for a share if RS was to agree .
1. Offer withdrawn on the 6th .SP crashes. 2 .few days later RNS finance arranged ( boom) will be watching this like a hawk. Now is the time to make some serious money. AIMO. GLA
Somebody has got to repay the £3m , will it be the potential suitor ( don’t think so??) will it be from proceeds of sale from existing BOD members (don’t think so), could it be from new finance. (Yes indeed). The overriding driver is the Barbados contract and future potential,I believe. AIMO
“Or withdrawn “
Offer rejected and finance organised, that’s my thought, time to monitor closely.GLA
