Thinking about the CPR... The CPR is in effect the document which will give UEN the capability to go the finance markets for in effect, a mortgage... I wonder if the BOD are keeping cards very close to chest as there is already a "plan" in place, once CPR lands to use that to look at acquisitions... Clearly thats a stated objective but joining the dots, I wonder if the CPR will be the thing that really lights the blue touch paper here.. GP

PS Still cannot believe ART sold out... What a strange decision... He pounds the company for an update - relentlessly by his own admission. They give him an update saying "everything moving forward as expected" He sells... Saying he expected more.... Took a few more today for the record... Thanks Art.

Stock running dry here now... The update was good, everything on track. Lets get back to normality.

To bounce IMO. This has been absolutely battered and the refinancing is now priced in - whatever it may be pretty much. Great entry point to something that could be a stock market darling going forward.

Also there would be regular RNS's saying "transaction in own shares" which I personally think would also generate interest....

Yep Krull agree, I would suggest a 6 month period with circa �15,000 a week getting taken off the market, nice and slowly so not to spike things but just keep the fire burning and generate a bit more volume... So realistically maybe 10,000 shares a week until the funds were spent type amount...... I think it would transform things....

Still cannot believe ART sold.. That said, should be a directors and shareholders meeting soon, probably once drill result is in.. I am going to suggest (I think) that instead of a dividend this year we should do a share buyback.. If they take �500,000 of shares off the market I think that will have a much bigger impact than a divi..... Be interested to hear what others think...

What underpins this whole thing is the valuation.. P2 reserves circa 100m and 2300 bopd production for 12m... Add onto that potential drilling success that is ongoing at the moment, joint ventures or acquisitions.. .It pays a dividend... The valuation is crazy .....

Towards end of year.. Just grabbed another 500, you can buy under 95p... 12000 99p.. Once they are gone it should move on..

Tell him to buy online mate..... He might not get the full amount but he will get a good price.

Online limits are falling, Was 20,000 this morning, now its 10,000 If I wanted 22,000 I would try for 2 quick 10k purchases at 97 and then just buy the 2k at whatever price I could get, if you put the buys in quickly enough normally the MM systems cannot react to very quick repeat buys.

Spot on mbingo, buyers returning now.. Its amazing how much of a hit the SP has taken from what I genuinely saw as a decent update. ART was clearly expecting something else (not sure what as the guidance was inline) and fundamentally this remains a very undervalued company that is delivering...

Exactly... The amount of AIM oilers that would be very happy with basically "no issues" - just look at ZEN and the amount of problems they have to get to 350 bopd. Slightly stunned at the reaction.

ART clearly sad to see a big shareholder sell out.. But I think you have missed a tremendous opp here. The new board are slowly turning things around and new investors are appearing, progress is being made. There is absolutely nothing at all bad in the latest update. Everything is gearing up towards a positive 2018 campaign. As is well known, things do move more slowly in Russia and you have to be willing to accept this. But at the current discount UEN trades, it is absolutely ludicrous compared to the general market. Hopefully you will be back, I have looked at the O+G market in detail on a daily basis and I keep coming back here.. This is a standout buy, you just have to bear with it.. And at the current price all things considered, I don't think thats asking a lot..... Let us know if you buy back.. As I said you would be welcome.. I expect there will be a get together with the directors next 3 months which will be very interesting.. They are probably waiting for the drill result to be announced.. GP
