I just value this company 2 ways...

Once as effectively an E+P where they do what you are proposing, scale up extraction etc etc and generate positive cash flow.

I also value this as a straight "buyout" IE they have so much gold - and gold is going to become more and more attractive, that they simply get consumed by a larger entity for a significant premium, we know the family wont sell for anything like these levels..

On that basis I am pretty relaxed with how this moves forward as I see multiple ways to realise true value here... Once gold goes over 1600 - which I am sure it will, all sorts of people will be hunting for significant gold assets, they probably already are in the current macro and geo environment.

Agree with this, but they have multiple sites that they have not even looked at yet, the only issue here really is the grade, but as you say, they have the funding now to deal with that. The bottom line is they have a vast gold reserve here that is proven. They need to "make the most of it" I think we all agree but I see different ways to do this. As gold gets ever more attractive, so do their assets, even if they do nothing.... Thats a good position to be in... Not many companies (I cannot think of another) have this "huge" level of resource in their hands and such a low mkt cap...

Agree bald eagle, but I think gold is heading for a very strong run and will sustain a higher "value" relative to fiat... on that basis without doing anything this company is worth a lot more. Yes production is important but they have some colossal and I mean colossal gold reserves on tap. They also have a value which is in no way reflected in the SP.

This is worth a fortune.. Just wait till the herd wake up to this opportunity...

Yes it would be nice to see a plan, but fundamentally I am accumulating here based on what they have in the ground and the ever increasing value of that resource...

Gold 1577 (USD) per ounce.. This is a crazy valuation still. Great opp to buy a few today at prices that will very soon be history.

Hawkey, they were confident last time but ended up not paying for 3 years... I would be watching the geo politics here very closely, Iraq will be the battleground if there is to be a proxy war, and it will be very messy.

Iraq is about to become the site of a proxy war. The Kurds have stopped paying. Madness investing here at the moment . Imo. Oh and cherry on top foreign troops expelled.

Gold price surging. Buying these anything under 2p is like robbing candy from a baby considering the amount of gold they are sitting on...

Muddy waters are their own entity, they would not have taken a position large enough to hit 0.5%..

They are not a huge player.... But people seem to hang on their every word, although they do seem to be losing some credibility.

A positive FCA outcome is not priced in. This has had the crap kicked out of it.. best recovery story for 2020? I think so.
