Soundingoff. The 2+$/mmbtu is an average figure for a set of deals that Wood have compiled. It is similar to the 5$/bbl oil in ground used in oil transactions. As such it is a benchmark for comparison in the absence of details. Yestit is an average figure and the standard deviation is not known to see whether there are many outliers
A ceo who till the last mn was talking about the LE while he was using the company time and rresources to look for himself. Then he jumped off ship when his new prey was ready. Shame on JP and on those who support him.
If you have a CEO who jumps off the ship the way he did, you understand, ex post, that it couldnt have been a success under his direction. We had a CEO who wanted to make money and to succeed for himself and with no governance then you end up in chaos.
No way out of this except drilling. There was a report by Wood about gas transaction saying 2+$/mmbtu og gas in ground was an average figure. So a couple of TCF discovery would change everything. But before this, trust and honesty should be established and the ball is in the BoDs camp. Will they work on that? We havent seen that...yet.
Well, how do you qualify someone who, being on the know, was trading his shares and asking people to trust him and hold? How you qualify someone who inflicted so much misery to thousands of people, who trusted and supported him for years, and their families?
