Haha yes from the later RNS, you're referring too, they have dropped the "Early" but added " as previously communicated" (which is : end of Q3 to early Q4) so we are both right.!

From same RNS:

"The clinical team is now focussed on the cleaning, validation and analysis of the large volume of data collected in this trial."

I read this as any slippage (in time) as a good thing, all the data will give conclusive evidence for SFX-01. They are looking to commercialise the database & the product & co-investor partner (upfront payment of $70M+).

From the RNS 24th June:

"Evgen recently confirmed in its financial results for the year ended 31 March 2019 that the read-out of its Phase IIb trial in SAH would be announced at the end of Q3 or early Q4 in the current calendar year. "

I took that to mean end of September to early October.

From the last RNS:

"The Company will draw on the valuable experience gathered from the drilling of well 16aZ to optimise the completion design for well 38Z. "

This sounds to me, like there's a problem with casing gas. (Which can reduce the barrels of fluid flow by upto 80% & cause stoppage jams) it can be overcome with workover installing casing gas compressors. If this is the case, they would alter the completion design, to incorporate casing gas compressors.

They should be Spudding soon.

Unless they can increase the barrels of fluid per day (at 16) then they only have 25% watercut (mainly cleaning fluids) to increase the BOPD.

I value the £12M placing/ drill campaign at 3p of the shareprice, which leaves 3.5p for everything else.

It looks to me like the Indonesian projects, will be largely self funded through revenues (on ADL'S side) and Colter could well be funded through the CLN facility.

I wouldn't expect an offer until at least around the middle of September.

There will be no stake building because they wouldn't be wanting to pay 2985p as per Takeover code.

The share price is around the area where the directors bought in, so I doubt that they would consider an offer at this range either, I expect offers to be in the 1400p -1800p range.
