I very much doubt that there's anything hidden in the accounts, as the company would be taking a huge risk with the accounts being under the intense scrutiny of multiple due diligence's.

The bod have used the takeover code as leverage for higher bids for the company. Their reasons for selling could also be multiple and complex.

The time will be upon us soon. At the AGM they voted to remove pre-emption rights, this has put them in a position to expand the share base to encompass a co-investing partner/merger.

Haha Yes it's hard work talking to yourself but it is actually very exciting times ahead here.

I see the delay, regarding the SAH results as a very positive indicator.

The delay is caused by a larger than expected volume of data. Which would mean that there is more secondary endpoint data than was expected. So more participants (than expected too) survived the primary endpoint data stage.

Today's RNS was a good one, there was plenty of exposure for SFX-01 regarding the conclusive evidence in the STEM trial. EVG will be looking for a co-investing partner with future STEM trials for sure.

Yeah it's being traded whilst we await the newsflow. The 52wk low is 13.5p and the latest placing was at 15p. So the shareprice is at a decent entry level IMO.

There will be three main re-rate drivers coming here,:

Firstly, with the initial SAH results,.

Secondly, when they start to generate an income through Orphan Drug Status.

Thirdly, with the announcement of a co-investing partner. ($70M+ upfront payment.)

Some key things to think about, regarding the SAH trial, as we wait for the results.

RNS 3rd May 2016:

"pleased to announce that the first patient has been dosed in the Company's Phase II clinical trial of SFX-01 in aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage ("SAH"), a form of stroke."

RNS 5th February 2019:

"Last patient recruited to SAS Phase II trial "

That's the 90th patient recruited for the trial. Nearly 3yrs after 1st patient. (45 with SFX-01 & 45 with placebo)

RNS 18th March 2019:

"In the SAS trial of SFX-01 in subarachnoid haemorrhage, the Company is pleased to confirm that the treatment phase of the trial has now concluded with the last patient on the trial having received the final patient dose."

90th patient finished trial dose.

"Following advice from clinicians and statisticians, and in the light of commercial considerations, the Company has decided to announce the primary endpoints (safety, tolerability and measures of blood flow in the brain) and secondary endpoints (relating to cognitive function) at the same time, "

With nearly 3yrs worth of data, they only now decide to release primary & secondary endpoint data at the same time purely for commercial considerations.

Yesterday's RNS was excellent news for Shareholders.

" This patient group has failed on all previous therapies and have very few options remaining. We could not have expected to see this kind of enduring benefit in such late stage disease "

Conclusive evidence that SFX-01 will become part of the solution, for some people with this awful disease.

Whatever the outcome from the SAH trial results, due Q4 (anytime from next week) there will be a guaranteed further pathway for SFX-01 through STEM .

They can take a participating interest upto 6 months after the workover, if they do they'll earn far more than the £500k.

Also they don't actually own the asset, so the best ADL can do is be a co-investor in the extended project.

Like everyone else we'll all have to wait and see.

They have just over 9 months to use CLN facility £1.5M at 0.15 per share. Why would they need to place below? They will also receive their original £500K investment back through revenues, 90% of which over 70bopd , they are generating revenues now.

You're just trying to cause doubt.

They would have vetted potential bidders before disclosure, so to still have a number of interested parties at that stage, bodes well for a bid(s). Whether it's/they are deemed acceptable is anyone's guess.
