There was an article on IPP Media back in May about an interview with Alastair where he talked about Covid-19 and poor infrastructure destroyed by the rain. It probably got mentioned on here somewhere.

It's these little things that seem to get no mention in our official RNSs that need picking up on and explaining. In a similar vein to the TMS article last week - the more open and honest the BoD is with the market, the more likely there is for confidence to return.

I'm guessing Cannacord haven't finished as yet......

draft - I've not really looked at it that way as I'm not wholly convinced that Dean (Hoyle) would want to sell just yet. The strategic plan to grow the business is ongoing and I get the feeling from his work with Card that he is one of those entrepreneurs that really wants to grow a business, sell it for big money and then move on to something new. But of course, you never know!

We do indeed have a very low MCap and when you do the maths on the fundamentals, we're well undervalued at these levels.

And the technicals are pointing to it heading into oversold territory.

Add all that together and it looks a decent buy at these prices.

Oversold. If Cannacord have finished unloading for their discretionary clients, we might see a nice upward trend here. Schroders have been building their %age. Might be time to follow the money. GW

JohnZ - the RNS yesterday near close looks like a notification that Spreadex's holding percentage has just reduced because we now have more shares - in essence they still hold the same number and haven't traded but it's now a lower percentage of the overall number of shares in issue.

If you look at the "Part2 - Reason for Notification" of the TR-1 forms over the last few days, they're different. Intex have definitely been trading in some form though.

JohnZ - there was a RNS at 4.26pm today - Spreadex TR-1 form - it's not showing on this LSE site. GW

I know this came out last Thursday but has anyone had chance to get their head around it yet? I'm interested in any stimulus for industries, especially mining. KPMG released a summary note yesterday but I've not had chance to look at it yet. GW

Teaye - all aerial is doing is trying to disrupt the board - he was doing it all weekend and is trying to get people to turn against the likes of Sausage and myself. It's also interesting to note some of the "new" posters today. It's very transparent. I've been on AIM too long.

Unfortunately people don't change and it is yet another reason we have lost posters on here over the years. You can see where the bickering starts. GW

Teaye - and if you do a dummy sell for similar volume, you'll confirm they are sells at that price. How's your L2 going? Got your head around it fully now? GW

Teaye - all sells this morning but it's not a lot of volume. I would think we're still churning the 1.25b placing shares at the moment, so I don't expect much upward momentum until that's finished. GW
