You could be right about a big buy building up, as yesterday's RNS should have copper bottomed the sp at 2.20. IMO GLA

Too much attention is being paid to it currently Tiger. Even if it's 23 million missing ... that's only £500k. That will be the size of ONE ii or pi buy if Wood, Billingham or a court win is announced

Whilst employees have to pay a 5% premium to the sp, is it any coincidence the price dropped 20% just prior due to selling. Enployees are going to want a lot more than 2.20 so I would hope the sp will not start heading north.IMO GLA

Think this RNS explains the selling. Employee shares at 2.20 should now set that as a floor for the sp. Less chance of an imminent cash raise. IMO

I agree that Wood news may being withheld, as the Wood RNS said Eqt would inform shareholders at an 'appropriate time'. Aries news will be known as soon as the court papers are published ( no later than Feb 25th and Billingham news has to be by 28th Feb exclusivity deadline.
