Thanks for your message below. Very glad to be on board, your technicals posts in General chat led me to look into this company and thereafter I decided to invest; albeit a small amount at present. Will continue to watch the stock price and may add to my holding in time as funds permit. Your time and effort to post on the forum is much appreciated and I very much doubt I am the first person to say that. Good luck to you, and of course all other ACTA holders present and future. Thanks for your views over the past couple of days, I have misunderstood the impact of the placing and the stability of the price since the RNS reflects that. Definite hold for me now, although I have a very small investment here of only a couple of thousand.

W Mids is not a bad part of the country and really enjoyed our time in Knowle as all the pubs were walking distance lol. Although I now live on the south coast, have moved about a bit with my career.

Thanks for the heads up re Daily Mail I realised yesterday, I used to drive past Mar City's offices almost daily when living in Knowle near Birmingham! The company has been established for some years as this was back in 2007-08.
