Mothae has never been priced in Target with Mothae is probably double or triple that of just Lemphane. So Northland Target might then be 25-38p $12m package agreed 28 Jan (binding MOU) is enough to cover Lemphane stage 1 but could be used to purchase Mothae at 6.5m instead and leave 4m remaining after payback of £500k loan Mothae is moreorless ready to go with infrastructure in place. The total funding to get both mines going is little more, we already own Lemphane of course.
