Blonde, I’m surprised it’s taken so long.
Didn’t realise BCN had a shareholders agreement. Do you have a link to it?
Did, the listing on the Nasdaq is a requisite for the “sizzle” spac to get involved. I’ve been following this company over on hotcopper for a few months now and I know there are some who post here are also invested in Eur. Personally I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole but each to their own.
On another note it looks to me that some are chucking the towel in here. KC for all his talk must be feeling a tad ashen faced.
Fireball, without a doubt in my mind JL was talking about cinovec.
Tom you are correct
I agree sid that the eur agreement is just the start. However, our situation is perhaps a little different because we have the small issue with cez and gigafactory. Rather than sell the product direct to an outside customer we have to consider what sort of deal /incentive cez/czechs may give to say a european oem or batterymaker to locate in the czech republic. It wont matter to cez where the value is in the chain because they will recoup this somewhere else. That is why I'd rather cinovec was looked at as a seperate entity instead of the ugly sister that nobody wants to talk about.
MrC, or a number of private investors who perhaps need the money, have grown weary waiting or whatever could also have caused the drop. My point is/was that it does not take much for this to move and for reasons that wouldn’t make it into a spy thriller.
Sorry forgot to add…….
And this is why this possible agreement was instigated and paid for by emh alone and not geomet?
This is the question I keep asking emh via email and as of yet I still await a reply.
I've read so many times on bb's that share prices are being manipulared by somone or other. In truth I believe theres nothing in it. For a share like this where liquidity is very small and the total number of daily trades is low then it doesnt take much to move the sp in either direction. I know its frustrating but thats the way it is.
As to the german agreement rns I think that emh have fired a shot across the bows of cez/czech government. If I remember correctly emh have always stated that they would fully support total czech integration from raw material mining right through to the building of baterries and ev assembly. This so called agreement seems to me to be worded in such a way that this vertical integrated chain is broken and now the possibility is that processed Li would be available to customers in Germany. Is it a coincidence that this rns appeared just before news of the vw delay re gigafactory location. Perhaps emh were aware of this and decided to open up the possibility of engaging with new european customers.
I’d be really interested to read if anyone on here has received a reply to any question(s) sent to emh in the last 3 months or so?
Personally I’ve not had anything back after I enquired about the German State recognition rns. Unusual because they did reply once upon a time.
Forgot to add. Gigafactory is the favourite watchword for the column writers. In the Czech Republic any mention of cinovec is a footnote underneath the main article. I’m perplexed as to why. Get the mine and processing plant up and running asap irrespective of where the final product is heading.
A shot across the bows for the eu by vw. Let’s see what sort of deal they come back with for oem’s and battery makers in Europe? According to the reports, many companies are pointing towards North America to take advantage of the ira. Now is the time for them to make a stand. Some people seem to think the European carmakers have a bit of time regarding eu CO2 levels but they are all forgetting the elephant in the room……the Chinese. Don’t laugh like I did until I had a look at their offerings on YouTube. Seriously impressive. We have no time to dillydally here.
New vodcast up. Interesting read-across.. no talk of 100-150k pricing.

Spot prices
Nobody is going to pay full market Li price with an upfront payment. Tapir prices are totally different from contract prices
No, not the same company. Ironically Lithium Australia tried to buy Lepidico in 2017 but were knocked back.
I’ve attached a link to an on-site presentation from Cornish Lithium which has in many respects similar rock properties to cinovec….

Latest vodcast from Rodney. 20 minutes in and emh get a mention…..

Totally agree Sid. If vw decide to put the brakes on their EV rollout until later in the decade this does not mean they slow down their raw material procurement. On the contrary it could be argued that they should be accelerated in order to have all their ducks lined up. Falling behind due to poor software integration and manufacturing costs in relation to competitors is bad but not following up with their full rollout of EV would perhaps be fatal.
EV factory and gigafactory are two different entities surely?
