I have around £15k of shares in a unquoted company waiting to be sold off exchange,with the intention of investing the proceeds in ROCK. This trade is taking longer than anticipated so i would like to ask the impatient and the hard of thinking to keep selling so that when the funds are available i can buy at a lower price.

Thank you for your efforts so far and keep up the good work. Don't forget, the more of a loss you make, the more profit i'll make.

The key here is patience, something ,going by the number of sells that is sadly lacking among many. If you're fretting because the price hasn't increased by 100% in a few weeks you maybe shouldn't be investing in shares.

In my 30 years investing on AIM i have had many, many losers, a decent number of small profits and two massive profits (Mariana Resources and Greatland Gold), patience and luck have stood me in good stead.

Since the resource update i have increased my holding here from 4 million to 25 million and intend to add more as funds become available so am happy for the price to remain at these levels for a few more weeks. I may be wrong but i see massive potential here and suspect once the impatient have departed those who remain will be amply rewarded.

As unpalatable as it is to reject this consolidation would be suicide, the company needs cash and this is the only realistic way to get it. Forget the emotion, vote for to survive (for now).

I also think the actions and motives of our JV partner are very suspect. I think Moon makes a decent point that they are aiming to take over the plant by hoping GWMO goes bust. The mere fact Brian made the point that GWMO would have someone present for the inspector of mines visit suggests to me that he has little trust in the JV partner.

So Moon and Pedro are you suggesting that anyone who has made a positive comment on this company is a ramper?

People who have invested have every right to make positive observations, why else would they have spent there hard earn't cash if they didn't believe in the company and the information that was in the public domain.

There are a number of reasons things have gone wrong, the main one been the appalling amount of time taken by the NEPD whose ineptitude has been staggering. These constant delays have led to the company having to raise funds in a difficult market, at significant discounts through greedy brokers. I don't think the company have handled the raises well, but in fairness they probably never in there worst nightmares expected the process be drag on for this length of time.

200-1 consolidation gives a price of 2.9 (as matched to present price). What's the betting that this followed by a raise at around 2.1 thus allowing the company to continue and allowing the city shysters to forward sell/ short all to the continued detriment of us shareholders.

I reckon its curtains if we don't vote for this.

I'm happy to be proven wrong but in my 30 years investing on AIM i don't recall a single share consolidation ever been positive for shareholders.

If the seller wasn't distressed before they will be now, the MM have really had their pants down at that price. Wow

Blimey, the amount of nonsense been posted on here,both bullish and bearish is unbelievable. No one on here knows any information that has not been announced by the company, so if anyone is basing there decisions on what is posted here they really shouldn't be investing in AIM stocks.

If as i do, you believe in the company don't worry about daily price movements, just focus on the reason you initially invested, on the face of it nothing has changed.

Chris, as i've been watching this sh**show unfold i've been thinking the exact same thing about our JV partner, something just does not add up. Has Brian been too trusting and been played?

The actions of NDEP have also been disgraceful, to take the best part of two years to get the mill to this stage in a mining friendly jurisdiction beggars belief.

Also, for what reason has the third biggest AIM market maker taken a position over 12% of the company's shares thus allowing it even more ability to manipulate the price. I'm surprised its even legal.

Lukey, i think the point is that a company of Shore's standing has not just randomly acquired 14% of the company, they will have done significant research. They will be privy to more information than us plebs, they will be aware the mill news will eventually drop and volumes should increase significantly, thus driving up the price and giving them a nice profit.

Not sure if i'm missing something but it's rather interesting that Shore Capital the 3rd biggest market maker on AIM hold approx 14% of our shares. I think it's safe to assume re the timings of their declaration of such and the last placing, that they acquired these share at a price of .0165. Thus is it not safe to expect they would be keen to get the share price moving north so they can drip feed to the buyers in the market and make a significant profit. Who is better placed than a MM to manipulate share prices?

If you've bought and sold today for a profit, well done, if you've bought to hold for a while then i suspect/hope that the rewards could be significant. The zinc equivilence to gold is 1.6 million ounces according to Dr Ryan Long. Just take a moment to take that in.

The 2 million trade this morning at a price of .107 was mine and a buy, i suspect the 10 million trade a bit later was also a buy hence the price rise.

Moon, as i said last week stating the obvious every day for 4 month's hardy makes you Nostradamus. The issue is not the company raising cash, it's more the level and i don't think there is any doubt that this share has been hammered down via spread bets over the last few weeks, you only have to look at the trading patterns, clusters of decent size sells all timed very closely

Pedro, you say some in the know were selling, are you suggesting people where insider trading?

I have contacted the company although from past experience they never reply.

'Wow, even by the standards of previous shocking raises, this at level of .0165 beggars belief. Rarely can a company have had such little regard for it's shareholders. Your total financial incompetence has turned my 100 k into 16 k. You have raised through a spread betting company and they have clearly enabled blatant insider trading evidenced by the share price drop from .028 caused by mass selling over the last few trading days. Why the hell didn't you raise after the permit announcement when the price was over .05, you would have got more money for less dilution. Whoever makes these decisions is a complete joke and should hang there heads in shame.

I realise that the company is not to blame for the majority of the hold ups at the mill but you are totally to blame for continually raising via company's that are little more than shysters.'

Absolute disgraceful raise price, this time last week the price was .028 then all the insider trades hit the market forcing the share price down and allowing the shysters to set a price of .0165, we the long term holders have been totally shafted. I would urge everyone to report this blatant market abuse to the FCA
