I'd say that's a positive.

Bamb, drilling costs money, a raise was needed sooner or later especially with a second rig due, so those stating the positives here were hardly pumping.

Only a 18% discount so acceptable.

If things play out as expected the dilution will make little difference to the end game.

Indeed, it would seem some folks have managed to read the recent RNS in its entirety.

A narrow, but strongly mineralised massive sulphide vein encountered early in hole HMO-010, at 44.20m depth. The target to the main lode of mineralisation is 250m below the surface. Drilling continues, with this hole already at 75.60m depth in better ground conditions.

Have those selling actually read the entire RNS?

Time might be better served looking at the activities of Market Makers, brokers and SpreadEx.

The Bear attack continues, someone with deep pockets is desperate to get the share price down.

Gord-1,By shorting etc.....and reducing the MC to virtually peanuts.....how is the company supposed to raise any future funds.

This is exactly what happened to bring about the 200-1 share consolidation of 20th March. Shore and SpreadEx are the only entity's that hold enough share's to lend out to enable shorting, indeed i suspect Shore hedged their holding via CFD's through SpreadEx. For a large company like Shore to do that,potentially driving a small company out of business is pretty revolting and amount's to little more than bullying. Unfortunately it would seem that is the way many in the city roll.

It's why shorting should be banned on AIM imo.

Indeed Bfd, but Shore Capital or SpreadEx acting on any privileged knowledge they have is insider trading.

I suspect SpreadEx only hold the shares to cover the positions they hold on there platform.

Someone knows or thinks they know something, either way as has been the case a number times before with this share, we are witnessing rampant insider trading. It's not even subtle as the perpetrators know there is little chance of ant repercussions.

I smell something very dodgy here.

Bfd, just thinking the same, the reason the price is so low is the dicking about Shore Capital and particularly SpreadEx had done over the last couple of years.

SpreadEx are a cancer on any company's share register and why Shore Capital, a major AIM market maker hold 10% of the shares here is at best immoral, as it gives them leverage to manipulate the price in any direction that suits them.

You could almost believe there is a concerted effort to drive the share price down.

Well who'd have thought drilling down to near 300 meters would be time consuming and could possibly encounter problems?

Looking at the market reaction many have no concept of what's involved and are focusing on that one negative rather than the positives.

All rather pathetic.

I suspect this mornings trades at .2033 are buys not sells. I bought another 500k at that price yesterday afternoon.

It would seem some one is trading large volume for small margin via SpreadEx thus suppressing the share price.

Yet some are still selling.

Absolutely unbelievable.
