If Chris oil sells then a TR-1 needs to be issued due to the size of his holding. We have had no TR-1 so it’s not him and 30 or 40 grand is not much out of 700 grand for Chris Oil unless he needed it to pay his bar bill in Cape Town because he had a few too many bottles of the most expensive champagne.....while he waits for UJO to gush that is.....
