To smash the year highs and when? I’ve topped up again today but wanted people’s thoughts that have been here longer than a few days like me

We have already hit it so im revising my target to 35p by Friday....nice!

I was buying more at 27p and averaging down from my 33p initial entry......comfortably in profit now as it was a no brainer this was going beyond 33p or I wouldnt have bought at that price!

Thought it would have gone to 17 or 18p straight away but it dropped to 13p so been averaging down....I cant believe I was in GGP at less than 2p and sold at a loss a few years ago haha....just look at what it is now and that last RNS with potential double the size area blew me away and puts GGP into the 1billion category for MCAP over the next 6-12 months

It is....but is the next news 3 months away and hence the sell off yesterday including me! With increased prices the next Q review should be better reading and get the SP going but until then if no news then back to 17 or 18p area I reckon....

We didnt even hit that today but we will in the next few weeks for sure!

On Monday I posted on here 33p by Friday latest....by Thursday it looks nailed on and maybe even by 4.30 today...did someone say pop??!!

ive been in and out a few times including when it dipped to 15p....that was before the 150 million placing I think it was.....all that cash is in the bank to ensure a strong future building on the coming construction boom as that is the main UK government plan to get the country back on its feet. Bought back in at 33p and averaged down to 27p

Break 8p and we could be going on a run

This has started moving I’m at just under 3p average....recent videos show what a monster deal this could be.

At 9 and 10p....we will be beyond this by end of Sept when next results are out

Read the brokers notes. They say we should be at 16p for this stage of development....even if you halved the target it’s still 8p and we have an extra million in the bank since then due to the unexpected placing....

To my Friday target price already and it’s only Tuesday....billions will be spent in next 6 months on green building materials....a slice of that is coming our way....

We could not have partnered with anyone better to develop this. This is a real sign of a heavyweight company in the making. We might not have a huge mcap yet in the hundreds of millions but I’d be surprised if we don’t by the end of the year. Still what, 10 more pieces of news to come (see the post a few posts down for the full list)!

My target by Friday before back to mid 30s next week.....fully funded and a housing construction boom ....what’s not to like
