1.45 is a very solid price for this. Not sure why they need to place as they still have the cash from the unpaid dividends earlier this year. I doubt any shareholder would be concerned if this was used to buy the land as it would simply move from cash to an asset on the balance sheet therefore retaining strength. At least its not an RBS ABN AMRO sham, TW are transparent and logical and a good value share IMO
