The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Volume is really low today.. @swazers, what are your charts saying?
I would expect (read hope) that all those LOI / agreements are to be reconverted in contracts once the FTU is up and running, would be a normal suspensive clause
At first glance they would only produce syngas, no mention of hydrogen (only that the syngas can be used to produce electricity to produce hydrogen by elektrolysis).
Different process and outcome I would say. Could even be positive to get attention to the concept of waste as an energy-source

September newsletter with some pictures and drawings, rather positive sentiment I would say
Some big volumes trading today, we can expect a RNS in regard to PEEL this week if I'm correct?
Somebody any updates on the NHS front?
already found it strange that there were no posts yesterday but a 10pct drop in price
The incineration aspect is only in Scotland, as far as I understand the Protos site in UK is not bound by this decision/misconception
This would be huge, Dr. A. any insights?
exactly why the review from incinerator to recycling could be a big opportunity!
Any scots here with knowledge of their administrative process?
Would be interesting to have an idea of the timeline for the review from incinerating to recycling. Can imagine that the financial close with peel would be influenced by this?
New CEO on the other hand looks completely separate from this question?
Government funding, working together with manchester university, and finally some publicity, things are looking bright! Great find NutHazard, again, kudos

Now waiting for an update from the AGM like christmas night

And a little update (pictures) of the site PEEL by PHE on their linkedin
(Old news thanks to Ledzep ;)
The 2 last publications on their site are clearly about PHE / PEEL
This looks sound.

Engsolve completed the Conceptual Design and Basic Engineering Design for a commercial unit to process 25 Tonnes Per Day of waste. The conceptual phase included the development of a Heat & Mass Balance, Process Flow Diagrams, equipment sizing calculations, process equipment datasheets, equipment list and a plot plan. During the basic engineering phase the process was further defined with the production of Piping and Instrument Diagrams, process line sizing, Material take-off’s, Electrical single line diagrams, utility flow diagrams. Equipment vendors were also engaged to allow the production of CAPEX and OPEX reports.
Engsolve has also completed FEED design for an increased throughput of 35TPD. Engsolve provided mechanical, process and safety disciplines under a main contractor for the FEED design.
Engsolve also provided site and engineering design support during the installation and commissioning of our clients demonstrator unit located at Chester University. The site support also included the development and implementation of a feedstock testing regime.
In an ongoing relationship and to provide engineering continuity Engsolve will be providing Owners Engineer services through the development of their first commercial scale facility.
Engsolve acts as Technical advisor to the client. This has so far required the completion of technology reviews and verifications, reviews of vendor guarantee and process claims, potential site reviews, Technical bid evaluations and provision of technical input to commercial meetings. Engsolve continue to support them as they approach financial close on their first site. Post financial close our client have requested that Engsolve undertake an Owners Engineers role through the first development.
Where did you find the agenda for the AGM? Could you post it here?
The only reason I could see HW selling is a need of cash, because if there is bad news coming this would be insider trading, right?
So actually I am not panicking, but might be biased by my holdings ..
Hey everybody,
First time posting on here but have been following the board for some years now.
Firstly, the banter/insulting last few days/weeks, like, seriously?
Let's get this chat back to why we are all here, investing. I have the feeling we are hitting the bottom at the moment if we compare to the general market last few weeks.
Last year we would be down 5-10 procent on days like these, last weeks feel less volatile.
Any one sharing this feeling?
