Like many others and yourself , I’ve quite a lot of cash tied up in this share, but you know what ? I do believe that I will get something back ! why :

1 Have a look at the Frontera staff profiles on Linkedn , there are quite a few , still there . Surely they’d update their current position’s if they’d all moved on ?

2. Court cases and funding of such ; we are still fighting on all fronts , so we must have funding and there must be a purpose for continuing the fight.

3. Steve Nicandros : he’s the son of the successful oil man . He has committed a large part of his life into this company. Personal pride , legacy and family respect will be haunting and driving him. I don’t think for one moment he would want to be remembered as the CEO that harmed or ‘bankrupted’ many pi’s .

Stick with it , keep the faith and give it a little more time. Take the pastoral care and encouragement available from Looed and your fellow Frontera family.

We will have that party one day , wilder than a lockdown party at No 10. In fact we may be able to hire that place !

Georgia Oil and Gas Ltd , they have a block / blocks close to our own. There’s quite a lot of information on their website in respect to ; current block maps , partnerships and funders.

There’s circa 15.77 billion shares in circulation. Even with an asset value of ‘over’ $1billion ( as referenced in leaked letter ) that’s 6 cents per share or 4.6 pence per share. The asset value is clearly larger than that !

I work in the Construction industry and I’ve not not yet seen any ; electric powered ; excavators, dumpers , dozers , piling rigs , concrete trucks , muck shift wagons etc. Site generators are diesel powered. Fossil fuels will be required for quite a while , yet !

The posters you reference , are all still alive and well , as is our shareholding ! The posters are all still contributing on the iii message board, albeit the board is quite difficult to find. The iii message board is still alive , so no death certificate required, quite yet !
We feared for a while that the company was taking it’s last breath , but the outstanding posters, on this particular board , have found a very strong pulse.

Immediate family have now left the bedside, as we are quite , assured that ; longevity beckons this company.

As for your guts , take two Gaviscon and come back and see us all in November

Steve Nicandros’s father progressed through the ranks at Conoco Philip’s and reached the top. His reputation was built on hard work and honesty.
For some people , there are certain things that transcend financial gain and power. Dino Nicandros had a relatively short life , passing away in his late 60’s. I am fairly certain that he instilled in his children the values which he held ; hard work honesty and decency.

I do not think, for one minute , that ; Steve Nicandros will “cheat “ us , out of our shareholding .

I believe that the smaller pipelines, that will connect to the main pipelines, that you reference , are starting to go in, across the region. If you visit the idc.ge website and under the projects tab, there’s a list of current projects. There appears to be quite a lot of infrastructure works being carried out by this company, who appear to be the preferred main contractor , for a lot of the big players , in the region. There’s a 26km gas pipe being installed for Schlumberger Rustaveli ( they have the large neighbouring block to Frontera’s ) There are also several projects being undertaken for BP. ( mostly civil works and site establishments )

Take a look at the clients list page, although no Frontera showing ( yet ) there are plenty big players having construction work carried out.
I’m sure with a bit of research we will find a construction / civil engineering company undertaking works for Frontera ( construction companies love to show off their clients and projects on their websites , these days )

From Companies House information , Flagstaff Communications Ltd was set up December 2016 and Timothy Thompson is the Director and only person connected with this business. Accounts for a dormant company were submitted up to 31st December 2018.
Look under the filing history and there is a notification of a person with significant control on 7th December 2016 ( Timothy Thom with date of birth given as **/ 12/ 1953 , suggesting that he didn't want anyone to know that this was his company ! possibly because he was employed elsewhere.

FRR obviously know and trust Tim and it makes sense to use his and Flagstaff's services , now or in the near future when communications start to flow !
