Now I have had to trawl back your post regarding blacks which I never mentioned by the way. I just alluded to just using conviction rates doesn't always show the real picture. As it says it depends on the metric you use and there are always mitigating factors just have to decide how relevant they are. Bearing in mind in many instances ethnicity isn't recorded
