Only two holders hold the amount traded 950k so it suggests a movement of holdings at an agreed price between two parties who are connected. Taking this one step further it suggests that someone for a reason wants nigh on 10% of ACO. This tells me that the party who now owns this holding must be expecting a deal or is part of the deal that they will RTO onto this. Something going on here and given the current low share price it represents a punt in my opinion.

This for a while, simple answer is not sure. Late last year a number of high profile mainly Aussie natural resource guys took 64% of the company in a very hush hush deal. Not a lot happened since but I noticed the stock was getting tighter after a few small drips had brought it down from the 4p trading range to nigh on 1p. Suggest anyone who wants any of these buys quick and googles the list of names who took 64% of the company late last year. Not guys who would just chuck cash down the toilet.....

I think I will watch and learn Alexios. Would not want to be short with a hostile bid looming. Not sure how you expect at worst a RI at 25p to result in a 10p share price?

That's my take NR is now being bullied by the Indonesians, his offer which at the time looked reasonable is now dead in the water, he needs to improve such if he wants it. Think this could go hostile and the control over the equity is key, would expect they will be buying on the market soon.

Bidder also proposing a 28p rights issue. So its win win. They may well go hostile by the look of it. Would expect they will be buying in the market.

Check out their names, tenuous links with David Lenigas are held by a lot of them through previous companies. This is the cleanest shell on AIM and the guys who chucked in the £360,000 did not do so to see it being paid in fees. They want 1.49 to buy today, yet you could buy £10k worth last week at 1.25 and there have been no trades since. Perhaps the line of stock they had has gone?

Not sure what's going on here, 60% down across two days from what is a very inactive stock. Buys/sells across lse and isdx are actually weighted in the favour of the buys. I know due to working through them all. Emailed the NOMAD and AIM regs asking why we have not had a statement from the company on the fall. No reply from either. Just wonder if a few are being dripped to lower the price to facilitate a low ball move to take this private?

Ask them when the we know of no reason for the fall RNS is being issued?

Probably worth a punt at 0.1, most have a 2-300% rise from the death bed before lights are eventually turned off. If I held here would just be tempted to dirt it out and try a last small punt if it drops further. Better weighed risk/reward plays out there in my opinion. Check out my postings on another board for one that I expect will do well.
