On 15 May 2015 the Company completed an oversubscribed placing and appointed a new Board of Directors to pursue investment opportunities. In the four months since progress has been pleasing and the Company has identified platform acquisition targets and bolt-on opportunities in line with its stated investment strategy. The targets identified occupy large fragmented markets and possess annuity-type recurring revenues based on long term contracts. They are in sectors that have growing barriers to entry, exhibit a degree of operational complexity and are underpinned by the customer's obligation to meet strong regulatory and legislative requirements. M.sella buying in what was a private strategic investment at 20p in July and then later in the market tells me a very experienced fund manager was impressed with the forward prospects. Bet he's not impressed with today's share price though. Wonder if he will average down?

It is strange to see this at the prices we see today, its expected main revenue streams are (supposedly) much nearer stream and the products are in the market place. It could be a great recovery play.

Poker I take your point ad I take what he says with a pinch of salt till it becomes reality. However the bigger the expectation you create the bigger the forthcoming fall if you don't achieve. I expect the reality to sit someplace in the middle of his statements and that would if achieved be a tremendous success and allow for a massive rerate from here.

Poker, I did state it all could be jam tomorrow but given the circumstances with the nomad position and the very positive wording used it will take quite a climb down even if only 50% of what is stated gets achieved. Would you have preferred a statement that suggested pipeline was poor, partnerships ended, off track etc etc?

Could explain the volume, don't think it would be M.Sella, its a massive failure for him if he's changed tactics and is selling a month after increasing his holdings. Must be one or two of the smaller institutions. Three holders of 4% roughly would amount for say 15m shares. I reckon you need 3x the volume of the selling amount to clear stock of that size so on simple very rough guidelines 15mx3 = 45m which is the volume since maderigie announced they had c5m left on the 12th.

With a statement like that he's setting some fairly aggressive figures and guidance. Don't think he would risk doing such given the perilous state at that time with the new nomad and the possibility of having to climb down in h2 with a profit warning/missed target release.

You don't open with words such like 'delighted' in a statement prepared in September if you are looking to retract from that position come October. We all read countless RNS's and get a feeling for what's in the numbers and the time of the accompanying statements. That's one of the most positive I have read for a while and whilst it does cover a lot of future possibilities it is rather too much on the positive not to have some value within such. We can't be sure whose still got what left! The volume for the period between 5-10 days after restoration and after the majeadie RNS was large, a lot could have gone in that churn.
