The share buy back was more unfortunate that deliberate so whilst I factor that in I don't think its a material concern. Like we suggest the selling of the majeadie holding with light buy volume on the take up seemingly had destroyed the share price. If they have gone and are the only seller we should have an interesting week ahead.

Had 5.7m left on the 12th . We have seen a few large reported late trades since in the millions and have had many days that there has been an in balance of buys/sells of over 1m. They are likely liquidating all the lot and I reckon at some stage next week we will get a holdings RNS that they are out. At that stage I expect a rerate to start and maybe it will return back into its trading zone. Not much resistance to the 15-20p area.

Note the 9p buy for the last buy of 94924. If you want anything in volume here you pay a premium for it.

These are two of the routes that I highlighted last year to us achieving annual revenue of £ 50 million at 90% gross margin and both are still on track. The fund that announced the holdings RNS the other day, think they had 5m to shift so add that to the daily mix and you get a nasty overhang induced drop like you have seen here. Don't think the NED would have been daft enough to be buying in the 14-15p range if anything silly was about to happen or even if he had knowledge of this seller. The nomad issue likely caught the fund manager with his trousers down and he decided to cut his losses on relist. That's my thoughts, when they clear a glimmer of normal trading and decent news should have this back in double figures.

Trade will be posted c1m that must be them out if that's the case, decent consolidation and continuation of volume today, next week could be interesting.

Why i think this should be trading at 20p-25+ or £8-10m market cap I think you maNy be pleasantly surprised with whats to come here. I would personally aim for the stars here with both investments gurus Stephen Dattels and Jim Mellon on board. Stephan Dattels took Uramin inc from a minow to a $2.5b company Stephen R. Dattels co-founded UraMin Inc. which sold in 2007 for US$2.5 billion to Areva. He was a key executive at Barrick Gold Corporation during its formative years from 1982 prior to 1987. He has completed several financings in the natural resources sector, either directly or through his family owned merchant bank, Regent Mercantile Bancorp Inc. and other investment companies. He is described as being uk's Warren Buffett Together they own 40% of the company and have invested directly via their investment vehicles. Their aspirations are very high here and there is absolute no way either of them are here for a mere £2m market cap. I have seen cash shells with low calibre directors and little or no assets with a market cap of up to £50m. Not saying the same will happen here but i can see a market cap of £20m in the near future being very duable as investors cotton on to who is behind KUALA and what their vision is. Neither Stephen nor Jim will be aiming low here. Having spoken to Jim Mellon on twitter he seems very upbeat on the future here and excited at the same time. Last of all the free float is very small here and will only get smaller as this captures the wider audience of investors. Just be glad that you are able to buy before this really takes off. I took another 400k today and trust me i could only get quotes after someone had sold. prior to that the limit was stuck at 7p for a measly 1k of shares for nearly an hour. I have no target here as these guys could quite literally be aiming for a £100m+ company. However i do think this should be trading around 20p NOW ( £8m market cap) based solely on investments to date and the presence of Gurus Stephen Dattles and Jim Mellon. Investors buy potential and good management both of which are glazed in gold here. Cash shells like this don't get any better imho

Must have just sold for a 50% premium. Can't be an aggressive takeover due to enough being owned by the single large holder to block so perhaps an approach is coming?
