Could this be the year that AC brings the value he's brought to all his other interests to Hague.
I think it well could be.
I am certain any asset that Engie will be involved with will be of a decent size or very scaleable.
No way would a company of that size whose mission statement is to increases its own production rather than rely on the buying from others be interested in a few hundred extra BOPDE per day.
I would reckon Engie would only be interested in something 2000BOPDE+ at the bottom end of the scale.
My thought process is reading the RNSs that Engie would fund 100%, HNL develop/operate and have a shared ownership of say 70/30 Engie/Hague.
Hague would then likely have a lesser amount of the production income maybe 90/10 until the asset purchase cost was balanced and then revert back to a clear 70/30 ownership.
I can see this 'model' being played out on a few assets if successful and that would inside say twenty four months make this into a decent sized junior producer, European focused and relatively undiluted from the current base we see.
In the run up to such I can see a mcap of £20m+ depending on the assets terms etc but the end game for this I reckon will be something easily plus £100m mcap and relatively intact share numbers wise to what we see today.
One of the most exciting opportunities on the market at present.
