To be honest Gary if N4 had found the cure for all cancers, Zika and all known auto immune conditions you would still not see value. All you are doing is spouting the same line to support the deramping website you write for. A website that's likely cost private investors millions in its attempts to destabilise and destroy values in companies that likely don't tow the party line in the support of paid for events. The recent attacks on Jim Mellon are nothing short of disgraceful. Will have 52m shares after the deal completes on the basis of what we know today. Say we have 320m shares in issue and £3m in the bank (hopefully raised at 3p). One hope the fund raising placing will be backed by a cornerstone investor such like the one I mentioned below. That could mean a lot of this company will be owned by key officials/investors who will be locked in and have a very long term on their holding. Great day for N4 & Onzima. First class performance by Gavin Burnell to bring this opportunity to the shell and then walk away when his work's been completed. Expect Nigel will create a 1st class BOD and this could easily have a £20-£30m mcap within twelve months of relist. What an opportunity we have here now, it is what we all invested in Onzima for.

Thanks that was the right thing to do. We all had a lot at stake here I had an average around 1.4p and over 4m shares, yes it was uncomfortable but I had confidence in the company and the individuals involved. Just think it was crass stupidity to start such a campaign before we knew what was going on. However its now behind us. Numbers of £7m pre new monies mcap have been mentioned on IPO, we have c210m shares in issue after todays RNS which includes the purchase of the remaining share of N4 which ONZ does not own. I make that c3.2p per share pre new monies raised. Happy days indeed if that's the case.

We know who did them. The complete bell ended that was getting everyone worked up here this lasts few weeks. Get them removed now you plank.

Said all along patience was required. Are those half wits who wanted to derail the process and damaged the reputation of all those involved going to apologise to GB and eat a large slice of humble pie.

I always thought Engie would not be interested in some tin pot asset i.e 300bopde which is the aim norm for sub £10m mcap AIM oil dross. My thoughts said Engie would want 2000+ BOPDE I really think this MOU is designed for much more than that. It would just not be worth Engie's corporate time for less.

If they get a deal done with Engie you may well be selling yourself very short at 30p. That would only be just above £7m mcap. Whatever asset Engle JV with them will not be a tiny affair, Engie will want something that's got scale and potential to produce several thousand bopde per day. Lots of crap on AIM holds £5m+ mcaps on not a lot. MSMN on their failed attenpt to get 300bopd of knackered stripper wells in the US managed a £5m mcap before the deal got pulled. I would like to think Engie have something a tad more interesting than that. Just saying 30p whilst a way off today may not be when the deal lands.
