Back then he was saying because the YA loan and the Steelmin loan were almost identical then if Steelmin quickly paid RRR back their loan then RRR could repay back YA their loan: he made it seem so straightforward. But the reality is that this YA loan is being slowly shifted onto the RRR shareholders so they can pay it back through RRR dilution. That was NOT how it was supposed to be. If Steelmin haven't repaid RRR by the beginning of February then no doubt this chairman will be raising even more money through dilutive means which will of course will mean RRR shareholders will be expected to pay even more of Red Rock's huge YA loan: like i say that was NOT how this chairman first said YA's huge loan would be repaid back.

Jonny, yes agree, but if you read the AD it was quite clear to me. Founders had 77% and likely the none-ex Malaysian who was a finance guy arranged the placing with other HNW Malaysians who are likely not 'inside' but are holding sticky. Yes almost in concert you could say but cannot be proven, however it is different when the MMs get a placing to cover a naked short and no one bats an eyelid. MMs got there pants pulled down and it kind of serves them right. AIMHO

Well this played out almost exactly how I expected from the mid teens yesterday. Worked it out in no time that the 50m IPO stock (all of it) was not coming out to play not even any broker fee shares (broker paid in cash from raise). So like I suggested yesterday the MM's had basically got to run a naked short with the hope of the IPO stock coming through at a lower level to balance them. They did not get any stock hence the move to �1 and then they could not play no more so just shut the market by creating that spread, it was a market they knew they could not win in so toys out of the pram and closed signs up. However what does not cease to amaze me is all the dullards saying its 'illegal' or 'manipulated' or 'people should be ashamed' or its 'aim at its worst'. It was none of the above just I like I explained to anybody who had a brain yesterday market mechanics in its purest form. The 'speeding ticket' even eludes to such if you could be bothered reading it without shouting 'I told you so'. The boards are full idiots and most posting here today do not have a clue. GLTA

Exactly. The furthest thing from manipulation you can ever see. Just the market maker with no stock and had to raise the level all day or get burned. If a line of stock does not come free the same will continue.

You often see Chinese/far east companies that are tightly held get absurd market caps. It may happen here. Just throw conventional thinking out of the window. They have in the crypto world.

Of all the posts I have ever read from all the amateurs on LSE Millers post must go down to be about the best for being so adrift of reality I have ever read. Yes it’s overvalued. Why is is it overvalued? Simply the 50m that formed the IPO are still held by the same individuals that held them yesterday. The sells today matched only earlier buys. If this continues it carries on upwards. Like Concha and Gate to name but two who at some stage came crashing down to Earth. However that could be at 1£ 2£ 3£. No one knows but there are no dirty tricks. Insider dealing or anything. Just market mechanics and green eyed trolls who have missed a trade.
