Transcript of CS's answer to the question of sale confidence re: asset sale.

"All I can say is that we are very hopeful that a sale will be completed this year and there are a number of reasons for that but obviously because of confidentiality, I know this is very frustrating for you, but because of confidentiality with the parties to" {not sure if another word was here, not clear on recording} "we are speaking we cannot say more than that at the moment".

It's important to remember that no price sensitive news or discussions will be allowed unless already RNS'd, so unless there is an RNS prior to or simultaneously at the meeting start they will be nothing earth shattering.

I attended virtually last year and had no issues, you do need the correct IVC and PIN.

I doubt you could ask them in one go, maybe choose an order of importance, I suspect the lack of questions answered last year was because people had emailed prior to the meeting expecting answers but the emails were not read/answered/addressed at the meeting, but only my thoughts.

Del929, you might want to get your questions separated and ready to post into the question box at the agm, if you don't get answers before they may not treat as questions posed at the time of the meeting, who knows !

Just curious, has anyone tried to log-in already, although obviously the meeting is not available yet, what message have you got on trying.

I agree the threat of resolutions not getting passed could influence the BOD but just look at last years fiasco, lot's of very strong words from anonymous posters on this forum resulted in one of the shortest, mild, non contested AGM's I have ever witnessed. We would need some show of 'actual' group action to have any influence, not easy to achieve unless you have a couple of 3% holders on board. I would add here your efforts are appreciated.

Voting against proposals wont give us answers. It will merely mean those proposals may or may not get passed.

I emailed the company with a question as to why it was to be virtual stating the problems of non answered questions from last year and the fact that as shareholders I did not feel our needs were met by a virtual meeting. It was polite. I received no response.

I would like to think you are correct and we will get some answers before the meeting but suspect we won't. As for shareholders not accepting no answers, how will we be able to influence the board to give answers, we yield no power as individuals. The reply to your list was nice to get acknowledgement but in fact could mean no answers will be forthcoming until after the meeting (whenever they can or will answer) which is pretty much where we are currently!

I emailed the company yesterday and asked them to update the team page on the website as it was incorrect. They did not reply but have updated it removing JN but the revised date remains as 29/06/2022 which is obviously incorrect now. I assume all other information on that page is however correct and despite many comments to the contrary by some posters DS is still listed as Mergers and Acquisitions Officer and has not disappeared.

I just don't understand why it changed from 130,000,000 allocated to either Executive and Non-executive Directors and Advisors and staff (last time I printed it was 5th March 2023)to the figure we now have which includes 60,610,00 as Unallocated, it's all very confusing but thankyou for your input.
