I believe in the past the company has always spoken in terms of an asset sale but more recently they C.S. has stated that they are looking at all options.

The Listing on the AIX may well be to facilitate an equity sale, I try not to speculate.

I am not sure either whether an equity sale would get around potential haircuts either, facts concerning just about everything EUA are hard to find.

All very intriguing and I am looking forward to a result eventually, lets hope the AIX GBP situation is resolved soon, that may give some indication of what is going on.

If you listen to the Investor Meet Webinar from October 2024 (around 20mins onwards) C.S. stated the EUA2 was on the back burner but if / when a sale of assets was achieved then a dividend of at least 80% would go to shareholders and at that time discussions would be held to decide on EUA2. That is my loose wording not verbatim so have a listen yourself. I'm not sure if anything has changed subsequently.

Where are you seeing that?, still showing just GBP on AIX Market Watch as far as I can see.

I have always supported CS because I believe he is an honest man, I've been invested in EUA since 2002 and always believed it will come good, originally through mining or latterly through the sale of assets, I am already well in profit having sold some of my holding during the rise to 42p, but still hold plenty.

I have voted in favour of all resolutions but this, so far, AIX fiasco is changing my view currently about whether I am doing the correct thing.

I will give it until just before the AGM to see if the situation improves but if it does not I will change my vote to against both reappointments.

Thanks for the reply, as for the Bid Quantity I realise it can be changed to encourage/discourage trading, I just do not see why it would be dropped at market opening and not just left at 20,000, the market is now closed and it's back up to 90,000 .

Firstly let me state I have no knowledge of the AIX market or how it works other than what is happening through this shares dual listing.

Although we have been informed by RNS that trading has started I think initially someone on here was informed loosely that trading would begin Thursday or Friday, so perhaps the Market Maker is not quite wanting to deal yet although all the blocks are in place.

I am also wondering as to why in pre-open yesterday the Bid Quantity was 60,000 and today it was 90,000 although as soon as the market opened it changed to 20,000 on both days.

And finally won't the difference in bid/offer on AIX compared to on LSE be rather off-putting or will that even out when actual trades begin?

It does appear that it is real time.

Anyone with some truthful useful knowledge about AIX want to contribute?

I am looking forward to finding out the answers (possibly) to two points that arose from the recent RNS's.

Why the long notice period for the AGM?, I believe that the longest notice period over the previous 4 or five years was 30 days compared to this year around 45days.

Why were the previously extended warrants allowed to lapse, what changed?

I have voted in favour of all resolutions. I see no benefit in voting CS out, to me it will be like cutting off your nose to spite your face, I think his biggest problem is his lack of clarity and decent communications but to some extent his hands are probably tied, like almost everyone else I am not privy to what is going on in the background.

As for Artem people are saying he has done nothing, does anyone have proof he has done nothing other than surmising that because EUA don't give us a daily report on his work.

We are all entitled to our opinions and to vote as we see fit and the above is just my opinion and not intended as advice.

CS stated they won't be publishing a prospectus 'not exactly' during the last webinar.

They will be publishing a a 7 page 'box ticking' document required by they exchange.

Pure speculation on my part but I suspect the Form of Proxy was correct but they took down both items due to the mistakes highlighted here and elsewhere and now have to REALLY REALLY make sure they get it right before they put them both back up.

Not sure the number of days between the AR and AGM is relevant, last year it was 70 days between the dates whereas if the 19th August is the correct date it will be 49 days, that's assuming my counting is correct!

I too am very curious but It's all very typically EUA.

I believe NKT has always been referred to as a relaunch project but the wording in the RNS is IMO a bit confusing.

From EUA website :-

"The NKT nickel-copper-PGM ore used to be mined and shipped about 1 km distance to Severonickel, the world's largest nickel processing plant. Thus, the NKT area is well served with the infrastructure required for the relaunch of mining and processing. Tailings are planned to be used as backfill to the old NKT mine developed in the past following the best practices in ESG and saving on the tailing storage facility capital expenditure. Multiple options for the relaunch have been considered and several case studies have been analysed. A brownfield relaunch like NKT is generally a faster and simpler process than a greenfield mine launch."

I messaged YJ asking for update on 2nd listing or confirmation that it was still happening.

Got this reply yesterday - "The Company still has an intention to provide an update. We understand the frustration, but we can confirm it is on the agenda, along with updates on the secondary listing."

Thanks for posting that update on your correspondence with YJ, it is a real pity/insult that the BOD give out so little information on virtually everything.

I cannot understand why an update on the dual listing cannot be given or at least some sort of expected timescale for it but this is EUA after all, I gave up trying to get any info from EUA/YJ a while ago and admire your tenacity.

Does anyone have any further info on the Mispare/Queeld case, I did notice a defence "Filing" update on the 21st February on the Caseboard site but as a non subscriber it means very little.
