Sales of new product lines always have a belated start as most industries have unfulfilled incoming component contracts. In addition, the requisite industries need to adapt their products to newer technology having first received a reasonable return on the older designs and taking into account the competitive edge of others. For CAPxx, another issue will be their ability for production to meet increased demand either directly or via sub contractors, even assuming they can readily access the necessary components and materials to feed the production lines.
