Bamb- Any thoughts on what basis the latest reported deal with an anonymous company might have cost CapX in profits. A desperate company can easily sell its products at cost just to keep going a little longer. We really must think the worst - always.

There is no mechanism in the SX for testing the honesty of an RNS let alone a "confidential"sales claim. The buyer would see any component contract as commercially sensitive so will not publish details nor allow the seller to name them. Therefore, nothing can be checked out and RNS's can so easily be fabricated. Of course am not suggesting that CapX are being dishonest but am merely pointing out the weakness of the system and why any number of RNS's may be untrue or provide a false picture of the scale of an event

Is the Capex product price a major factor in this announced deal . Anyone know how old is their micro capacitor design and has it been superseded by more advanced, albeit more expensive technology from competitors.
