I third that, what really irritates me, nearly every day you look at the price first thing in the morning and it says up 1% or 2% and when you look at the bid price it is the same as the days before closing or in some instances lower than the days before closing.
Hargreaves Lansdown site - Trades priced above mid-price at the time a trade is placed are assumed buys those priced below are assumed sells. As you can see Sir( Daisan) the information given to us is useless.
LSE = The London Stock Exchange
I believe the market makers only know there own trades and positions, even LSE does not report buys & sells only the trade. the only info that is correct is the price, quantity of shares and time of trade.

Well we got there.
Happy Christmas to all fellow Shanta Shareholders & a peaceful New Year.
Lets see if we can get to 6p bid before 12.30

I started buying SHG in Sept 2016 when the price was 11p, I have a trading account 500,000 cost £36,296 an Isa in my name 500,000 cost £36,488 and an Isa in my wife's for 300,000 £24,498
I agree entirely with you, I would like to buy some more but am heavily invested to the tune of £97,283.00. which to me is a large chunk of my money.
Yesterdays Close 109.00 Todays Opening 113.50 are these prices based on the average of the buying and selling price and if so can somebody please tell me what the opening buying and selling price was this morning to arrive at 113.50
