also what share/s do you look at and think TLY is way undervalued. I look at WSG and think holy cow either TLY are way undervalued or they are way overvalued.

when in doubt do any of you look at other companies on AIM and compare them to where the m cap of TLY is. I do and makes me feel a lot more comfortable lol.

Yeah I think they had a bit of a shock when they took on Vocare not in a good way though lol. Forecasted to spend £1 million on restructuring them this year so major changes happening there.

You need to look at the history to get an understanding of where they have been and where they are now. Vocare was a major acquisition for them and don't think they knew what they were taking on even though due diligence had been done. It's taken them a long time and still ongoing to weed out the non profitable contracts and at the same time change the structure of the personnel.

I don't think Vocare will make massive profits in the near future however what they do bring is contracts that the other parts of the business can tap into and instead of Vocare contracting out certain parts utilise the in house divisions.

Until we get a trading update I don't think we will move in a positive direction, likewise if there is a seller at the moment then at some point this will be bought into big time once gone.

Bit annoyed with the company for announcing a buy back when clearly they do not want to carry it out. They have probably done more harm to the share price as there are too many companies on AIM not sticking to what they say.

About health looks like the jewel in the crown as margins there are very good so if they can expand that business it will give them the profits whilst Vocare gives them the volume.

Could do with some support from the company however getting the impression they are happy to see the sp fall. Let’s hope they have a damn good reason not to start the buy back. They should also forget any aqusition however lucrative until they sort Vocare out and a minimum of breakeven.

Problem is it’s not new technology Redt been around for years developing this and have yet to show any signs of making a profit from their product. Maybe costs are higher then expected in producing these units who knows.

Looks like someone can’t wait to get out. Hope the bod are watching as no point suggesting a buyback if they have no intention of actually doing it makes the situation even worse.
