Musculoskeletal care. Big bucks this one alone worth £90 million. Sounds a bit big for Premier but I’m sure there’s more out there.

Sounds like premier could have some lucrative contracts coming their way in 2019 as well :-)

Premier Physical Healthcare is positioned well to secure a significant block contract for musculoskeletal care in 2019. It is this opportunity and the synergies being realised through integration with the Optimum physiotherapy resources that support margin growth.

Have won approx £8.5 million in contract value sine July this year. Expecting a few more in coming months.

From the previous contract win. “The new 12 month Referral Management contract, coming quickly after the announcement of the South Tees, North Tyneside and North Durham Referral Management Service, demonstrates the value of this service model, which we hope to expand significantly."

Probably a sell order already in mm’s just fitting them in. At least today will accelerate the disposal :-)

Had a couple of large investors leave and possibly Lombard selling the rest at the moment. A decision taken by their investment manager no doubt coulld possibly be under pressure to get a quick return eleswhere.

Spent roughly £27 million on acquisitions and last off had £10 million cash. At the moment the market is not putting and value to the acquisitions made possibly because most is goodwill.

Ontarcts they currently have last 3 to 5 years, niether Care uk or Virgin care are winning contracts at the moment as my guess is that no new contracts are available. As a shareholder I guess I have the right to have a go at the BOD lol. It is only a share chat site and nothing we say on here will affect the outcome of wether they are successful or not.

Just don’t want them to dilute us again just to buy another company, now is not the right time perhaps in 12 months time yes there will always be companies to buy in the sector so no rush sort of Vocare first get them profitable then look at another acquisition.

Need evidence of improvement in profitability to stop the rot hopefully no more aqusitions until they get Vocare sorted

Doing a grand job of destroying shareholder value what’s next on the aqusition trail some 2 bit Company your going to pay over the odds for no doubt

I think he means at the moment not in the future, dilution would be modest imo. 1 More acquisition then grow organically is what Bob said previously. So £100 m cap should be around £1.00 mark assuming 100 million shares.

Think they will have to get more cash before that, so depends how many shares they have to issue in the meantime.
