Isn’t R1 share price slightly inflated though as investors thought there was going to be a share buy back and did R1 knowingly put this out if they were in discussions with TAP to get the price up from £1.50.

So if the total valuation is £260 million and TAP shareholders would hold the majority does that make R1 overvalued.

Anyone thinking of buying can you just hold on for a couple of days please :-)

My guess is that Totally will cover just one or two areas with a much bigger role possibly Staffordshire and north east.

Oh well on the bright side at least I wont have to pay over 15p for more shares now
