Bob Holt chairman done similar thing with Mears, built up the company via acquisitions and growth. He sees synergies here and they are targeting the growth in out of hospital businesses hence the Vocare acquisition. Had to spend more time and money sorting out problems there which hoping by next financial results will be all but done.

There are cost savings and utilisation of staff across divisions, Hospitals are struggling to cope especially with lack of doctors at community levels hence why they are trying to reduce the amount of potential patients turning up at A&E with minor ailments.

Think it’s going to be middle of 2019 before we see real growth in the share price although expect a trading update in next couple of months.

In theory things should be getting better, sorted most of Vocare out and have won some high margin work via About Health in the last 12 months.

Bob could do with perhaps moving this to the main market if at all possible.

And reducing the stress on ambulance and A & E depts, revenue for Vocare will increase based on the % increase in calls.

Given that the actual dispositions for the 12.9 million calls triaged over this year were 13% ambulances and 8% A&E, this suggests that 0.4 million callers were directed away from the ambulance services, and a further 2.8 million were directed away from A&E.

So let me guess you have sold a shed load of shares in order to try and trade at a lower price. Problem you have is not knowing when to buy back in as if the price starts moving upwards do you buy them back then or wait. You may end up with less shares than you started with but that’s the risk you have to take.

Anyway when you have bought them back please don’t start you ramping session again as you will look even more of a fool.

Quite the opposite Dell, NHS are going to need all the help they can get, particularly from About Health and efforts to keep non urgent patients away from A & E. Thanks for the link and you have to own shares in order to be able to sell them.

I’m sure they are being very particular in what contracts they are going for bearing in mind previous contracts Vocare had. Consolidate for 2019 and look at a further acquisition in 2020 would be my option.

In the meantime buy some shares and put into treasury if they genuinely believe the shares are artificially low.

Lets see how 2019 goes.

Del. I’m sure Bob has been through this with Mears and whilst I’m sure he would love to make more acquisitions he a very astute guy and will no doubt be aware of the current share price lol. They also state they have a pipeline of potential contracts, doesn’t mean they are going to win all of them.

Like the rest of us we know nothing of what’s going on behind the scenes despite you previously posting that new contracts were imminent. You seem to have done about face and now suggesting that we are in a death spiral and a placing is about to happen.
