I suppose at least some directors have subscribed however not a lot in the grand scheme of things.
Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the UK healthcare sector, is pleased to announce that as part of its Save as You Earn share scheme (the "SAYE Scheme") all employees have been offered the opportunity to participate in the future growth of the Company through the granting of share options.

Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with an exercise price of 27 pence per share, representing a 20 per cent discount to the closing mid-market price of the Ordinary Shares on 30 November 2017, the day before the invitation to participate was made. The exercise price was calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE Scheme. The options have a savings contract start date of 1 February 2018 and are exercisable between 1 February 2021 and 31 July 2021.

A total of 86 employees, including two members of Totally's board and one person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), elected to participate in the SAYE Scheme. Pursuant to this, a total of 1,478,631 options over Ordinary Shares were granted on 29 December 2017, equating to 2.47 per cent of the current issued ordinary share capital.

Wendy Lawrence, Chief Executive Officer, is a participant in the Company's SAYE Scheme and is included in the total figures above. Her individual option grant pursuant to this year's SAYE Scheme is 26,666 options over Ordinary Shares.

Lisa Barter-Ng, Finance Director, is a participant in the Company's SAYE Scheme and is included in the total figures above. Her individual option grant pursuant to this year's SAYE Scheme is 66,666 options over Ordinary Shares.
In addition, 66,666 options over Ordinary Shares were granted to Edward Dodds, Finance Director of Vocare Limited and a PDMR, under the Company's SAYE Scheme and is included in the total figures above.
Following this most recent grant of options, there are now a total of 2,263,580 options outstanding over Ordinary Shares in the Company, of which 1,813,580 options are outstanding under the SAYE Scheme.
