RE: Harrisons18 Feb 2019 19:57
Rom what I have heard the Harrison’s were not well liked and treated staff badly. Therefore why would they keep in touch with Vocare staff or in fact the business. They had no idea how to run a profitable business let alone an efficient one.
They bought contracts just to boost the company hence why Bob done the deal with having to take so many shares. With them selling out at 12.5p reduces the actual cost of Vocare by £2 million.
The 5,737,954 Ordinary Shares represent 9.60% of Totally's issued share capital and were sold at a price of 12.5 pence per Ordinary Share to a number of new and existing institutional shareholders
Which part of the above don’t you understand, as you say you have reduced your holding probably quite substantially but no doubt will want to try and buy them back at a lower price,
Until that time we will probably see quite a few negative posts from you and I will remind posters that you have sold.
Newlands are probably closer to the market than traders working for institutional investors my guess is that you have until March to buy back after that you will no doubt be paying a lot more if you want back in.
