Totally plc (AIM:TLY), the provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the healthcare sector in the UK, is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary Vocare Limited ("Vocare"), one of the UK's leading national specialist providers of urgent care services, has been awarded a new 15 month contract with Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. Under the terms of the contract, worth £1,192,230, Vocare will provide GP out-of-hours services in Whitby, commencing 17 December 2018.

In addition, the Company is also pleased to be able to inform the market of a number of further contract updates including:

· The provision of Improved Access Services and Emergency Department Support to the Vale of York Clinical Commissioning Group ("CCG") worth a total of £350,000

· The provision of Integrated Urgent Care and Clinical Assessment Services across Staffordshire worth £208,000

The Contract is valued at £721,088 per annum.

Company is not generating any revenue therefore unless they decide to sell any of those assets they will require placing stocks continue to invest.
