With so little shares in issue I guess any small number of trades either buys or sells will push the sp up or down quickly. I still think it's getting shorted possibly by major shareholder or institution to either get a lower placing price (should it come) or pick up private investors shares at a low price. Either way until the company sort out finance we have to bide our time and time our next purchase when we feel it has bottomed if not already there.
Always got an excuse as to why they can't operate. Lack of water to much rain plant to old plant to new. What next. Think they should give up now and use the holes as rubbish tips wi make more money.
I notice Steve Moore from ************* making comments about HAYT. Well funny thing is he said the same thing about CPX when the price was around 4p. The guy is a loser so when he says avoid I take that as a good thing.
He has to rely on his sales team to provide him with contract information so it may well have been an over eager sales director who provided the information. As you say the orders are still there and I'm sure there are many more in the pipeline. With the small amount of shares in issue he is conscious of the fact that he doesn't want to dilute shareholder value (unlike most of AIM companies).
Must admit having only just bought in I am still amazed at the low market cap of this company bearing in mind their current facilities. If you were to put a figure on the company if it were to be a target for a takeover what sort of figures would you be looking at.
With regard to the closing couple of sells, private investors would not have waited all day to sell 2 X 25k shares looks like they sold late to make sure the share price continued on a downward trend IMO. Chartists perhaps or shorters looking for an even lower price.
Possibly waiting for news on contracts and ratings but as you say positive and the bank will want some hard evidence before loaning them further cash. If they have orders to show them then future financing should be a gimme which will give the market confidence to re invest.
