The placing was done to mates of John Gunn who have walked away with thousands if not hundreds of pounds of private investors money. They will be left with worthless shares that would be better off as toilet paper.

£80k if that £300k will go into John Gunns pockets paid for out of hard earned private investors money.

Market makers had loads of shares to shift, so they artificially create a market with a little help from the BS company announcement.

Traders making small gains but pushing price down at same time. Once volume drops traders will disappear and will drift down over a period of time. See it all the time on AIM.

They don’t have a product to sell, that’s all they have is a drawing of a Stirling engine and possibly a 3D model. Would you buy something that you cannot are working.

Think it was slightly higher than that mannnan. Will no doubt get traded up and down for a while.

There is no requirement for the market makers to push this up now, be careful as could fall back to where it started.

When was it down 78%. I think your wishful thinking about shares closing at same price as Friday may be just that.

The fact that they are delayed means the trade could have been executed at anytime prior to the time displayed.

Read the 2018 accounts it will tell you on there, they also drew down another £100k before year end and at a guess have used at least another £200k since then

Fact is the announcement before the placing caused the spike. Now it’s clear that was only put out to facilitate the placing. Loan notes still to come followed by further loan notes to be issued.

They need to build a trial boiler first (not yet done) Then it will require thorough and accreditation. That could take months years even if they need to make changes. If they ever get it approved then and only then will they be able to start thinking of production.

Its a never ending saga with Inspirit they keep moving the goal posts but never score.
