Is this share still suspended on ASX? I haven't seen anything to say it isn't.

He knows he's in an unmoveable position, so he can throw a scrap from the table every now and again, just to keep us hoping, which is effectively nothing, But in reality, anyone who oversees a share dropping from 43.75 to 1.25, and keep his job, isn't going anywhere. Is there anyway what he has said can be corroborated? He could just be making it up!

Ok, I thought it might have had some relation as to what's happening with this share.

can this inactivity carry on? Another AGM that tells me absolutely nothing (except nothing is being done, or is it my inexperience that has missed something? What are the board doing to get the suspension lifted, or is it better for them that it is still in place? Can they still sit on a board of a company that doesn't do anything?

What's the betting they come back after 3 months and say 'we haven't been able to add an asset due to fighting the ASX ruling, but one is imminent'!

As usual its all fluff, nothing concrete. I'm still locked in from Puntland days, I've managed to average down from 30p to 4p, so an asset might get me even,but I know people still in at 20odd p that will never get near that again. In the time they've spent sitting on their hands, I could of learnt the business and be doing a better job then this crowd!

I'm not sure he is a complete joke, he is a very clever man for being able to take a 6 figure salary for doing nothing. It would appear he is a very capable con man, he has got himself in a position where he cannot be moved out, and so doesn't even need to issue a token RNS to pacify us. He is on a crest of a wave and will ride it out until it's completely beached in my opinion, but I do hope I'm wrong, I could do with the money back that I invested 'short term' back in the Puntland days.

To get Bandy out will take a huge, dedicated effort, which I don't see happening. He must now be thinking that he's bomb proof and will just take the salary until all the money has gone, and do absolutely nothing in return. It cannot take two years to find an asset, he is just taking the money and if an asset drops into his lap, he may take a look at it as a way to extend his tenure.

Ahh right, thanks, so it is all what we are being sold, sorry, told, by Bandy. But, is Bandy likely to tell an action group that an asset fell through that was his fault?

I really cannot believe that he is doing anything that is beneficial to the shareholders, just himself, putting himself in an immovable position and living off it.

How can anyone justify going this long between investments, or even some sort of encouragement! What is it? 18 months since the last? I refuse to believe that he is acting as a genuine MD, but I'm too much of a novice to know what to do about it. I'm not going to sell at a 75% loss and I can't believe I didn't sell during Puntland profit days Anyway, that's my rant for the year.

To be fair, GB is a very clever man, he's managed to get himself into a job where to does nothing for 11 months of the year and gets a massive salary in return, I wouldn't turn that down. Although I would have to battle with my conscious to ignore PIs who trusted me.

I get the feeling he knows the end is nigh for his gravy train, and he's just taking the salary up until he's got rid of, its either that or he has a complete disregard for the investors, but he will produce a rabbit from somewhere just before the axe falls to save him for another year.

RMP is my first attempt at share dealing, and having bought in during Puntland days, you will know I'm not doing very well. I would just like to know, if anyone does actually know, what will the Board of Directors be doing while there is this time of, what would appear, complete inactivity? What sort of hours do these people put in? Is it understood it's as and when needed? This is a genuine question.
