Why the big drop over the last week or so?

Absolutely Fubs, but I really can't understand why the Exxon bloke would leave an excellent job to come to RMP and not be on the board, that is of course, if he has actually left Exxon, and not just taken a 'no show' role to add some credence to RMP.

I won't be able to make it, but if someone off here does, I agree, ask about dilution as a priority, hopefully it will silence us doubters.

I completely endorse what SIrBob has said. Just look into what this company has done/not done over the years.
Oil at a low, companies begging for investment, RMP don't get anything!
Check the website out, the top investors, etc. it's all a con.
I started with an average of around 30p, now I'm down to 4, as soon as it touches that, I'm gone.
BE CAREFUL, have an exit strategy ready for when it starts to tip up.

Why would someone with this profile take a one year contract? and why for only 180AUD? Unless he's not leaving his current role! The bloke who is leaving the BoD, is he still getting a salary? I'd be interested to know if GB is a golfing buddy of this FNG. I'm currently watching the Sopranos box set and on there they have 'no show' jobs, surely this isn't one of those! I am now so cynical about this whole operation, I see a 'play' when something actually does happen.

He's running this company perfectly, for himself. He has a big pot of money to live off, and doesn't have to do a great deal for it, just come up with some BS now and again. Surely there are some main investors that are going to start kicking up a fuss about the non activity.

To be fair to him, it is quite a scam. If this gets kicked off all the exchanges, what can be done? Nothing, if it could of been, it would of been done by now. He just going to live of his salary while there is money in the bank. The ideal thing for him would be an interest rate rise to keep him going longer. I would of thought the big shareholders might have had something to say, but obviously it's not a big concern for them.

So we now own 37.5% of nothing!

So for me it's either taking a 75% loss, or hanging in and seeing if anything actually happens. I can't just forget about it and come back in a year or so as they may well of acquired something, boosted the SP, nothing comes of it, then back at this point for another four years in that time. I posted something a month or two back asking how a dormant company can be a share holder in RMP, is that possible?

So, what can we do about it, we surely can't sit on our hands and just let them drain the cash from the company! I emailed them last year and got a quick answer to the questions I asked, which was good, but was just flannel. I replied to his reply last month and asked what has changed in the last 10 months, I am still waiting for a response!! Unless we light a fire under them, then nothing will happen, and as every month goes by, the capital will dwindle away. Unfortunately, I'm to inexperienced to know what to do.

Investors do choose to buy or sell, but 'new' investors like me don't realise how crooked it all is until they're 75% down on there investment! Of course shares do go down as well as up, but people expect some sort of activity!!

Can a dormant company hold shares in another company? I just looked at the top shareholders in RMP, and almost all the ones I looked at submitted accounts for a dormant company in 2017. Is this normal or is there something dodgy going on?

Isn't there anything that can be done about this complete lack of anything going on with RMP. I've just looked on the website and under Projects, they state 'The Company's principal activities focus on identifying and exploring oil and gas in Puntland, Somalia and the Republic of Georgia'. If they can't even be bothered to keep the website somewhere near up to date, they obviously have no intention of trying to make something of this share. Don't the big investors ask questions?

Ok, maybe not the best terminology, but what would you call it? I think Sir Bob hit the nail on the head.

It's getting to the point now that if he did get an asset, it would be a nuisance to him more then a benefit. Could it be that he'll just hang around until the money runs out, then just retire altogether!

Am I right in thinking that now the oil price is slowly on the rise, that assets will be more expensive and harder to get hold of?
