You really have to question whether these guys are fit and proper for their post as directors, particularly when shareholders are involved.

A 600k buy just gone through at 1.5, no doubt MM's will fire a sell for 500 shares at 1.3 at the back of it to keep an orderly market. I feel we are being manipulated on low volume at present however confidence should be taken from these large buys

I like you and mobily have no concerns with my loss here but really feel for many with larger stakes who are staring down the barrel of being fleeced. It is not acceptable, nor is the lack of transparency from the co. I am 74 years of age and it is that disregard of share holders that has lead me to signing up to LSE this am.

My 450k worth of votes is in and it is a big fat No. My av price is enough that a 1p return is non material too me so its rather lose my money and see the ship sink.

Agree, Adam could easily find himself undone here. Id imagine if a bidder of any scale other than BAAJ comes in they will give him the boot. His USP is none existent now as other have caught on, business wise I don't see him as a fit driver.

They don't have the voting power and unlikely will unless Adam or one of his backers starts buying in the open market. To me some one already is as there are repeat larger tranches being hoovered up, will we see a TR1? Doubt it, but it should in theory take us higher sp wise.

Looks sporty! Lets face it Adam is at it, and quite frankly up against it too. With 50% out for public trading and some of those large investors having presence on twitter siding against the board its looking very slim that they will find 75% voting against. His 23% is a very weak hand at present.
