Having worked in a sector tht provided private money for projects in infrastructure I can tell you if the bank were interested they would move quickly. At the end of the day the quicker it is signed the quicker they get their interest.

Agree you have to say Ashers back promises have created doubt in many minds. You could also argue he has had a bad run with covid, oil prices blah blah blah but he has had more than enough time now.

His only saving grace atm is his share holding, but until he delivers the goods its hard to have much praise for his efforts of late.
