Agree difference exist and lets me honest very few cases are the same when they are this bad.

From what I have read on the FCA website I see no reason for a suspension to remain now. There’s certainly no need to protect shareholders they missed that boat a while back! Liquidation is unlikely to happen over night and may drag out for some time.

I agree, I certainly wasn't expecting it yesterday am. I thought we were dead in the water but now its seems quite interesting. As you say ITS was sold, I think we have leapfrogged that part. What is clear now is that they want to liquidate and state similarly to ITS there is no desire to RTO/Change to an investment co.

Lets hope trading can resume in the shape of a cash shell for that 6 month spell. Just because they have stated their intentions doesn't mean someone else with grander ideas wont come along and pitch an RTO. This would create value for the creditors which they clearly need given they are on their knees.

That was my view Latino but others felt differently. This weekend I will go back through how its played out. I recall a sale of the business for 1.2mil and shortly after the announcement to cancel the shares and liquidation which was vetoed. To me the sale price is irrelevant, could be 1p and clearing the debt. The buyer of it’s also said they had no interest in perusing any reverse takeover’s. Very interesting now!

Jeepers if we knew that we would all be rich! Most here will have totally written their investment off not having access to it for nearly two years and let’s be honest the war isn’t ending anytime soon!

It is encouraging to see such strong results however, but your guess is as good as anyones on when we will have sanctions lifted!

Let’s not forget how well the RASP sp has recovered, another positive.

It’s the pirates that have put us in this position the uk gov! I’m sure their were and are alternatives other than suffocating the uk based investor! We can be sure those who they intend to inflict pain on aren’t particularly bothered.

I was of the impression ITSARM also told the market they had no intention of seeking an rto or similar move at the time.

Is that not essentially what Itsarm attempted to do after taking over from Its in style? Apologies if I am being naive here not an expert in liquidation.

What does seem favourable and again apologies if being naive but it doesn’t seem like the BOD have any swagger in a vote here!

Cash shell, I wasn’t expected to see that this morning. Does that mean we will essentially resume trading as a shell? Quite clear at present there is no intention to do an RTO but I don’t suspect that to be a decision for the current board as they have essentially lost control. Maybe barking up the wrong tree…

Totally agree bond! Lost all faith in AIM, I won’t be back investing in it again that for sure. Further to the sh…show with SFE I was stung on a placing over at Qbt today. I was 200% up at one point last week, today I took my money and ran! Sick of being skinned here.

Agree jaydee! They misled many here if those numbers are true. Staff deserve better than a blanket text message and need answers! Shareholders equally deserve better, parting with hard earned cash in good faith.

10mil in orders!!! Perhaps we can have the bod thrown overboard and a new squad in. The current line up don’t have any skin here
