UK Gov may serve up some help but the big deals come from private investors, fund houses are always looking at private credit deals particularly in this field. Doesn't take a lot to see how large private debt is becoming in the innovation space.

Well MCAp was 50mil plus before they got into the mess, nothing happened changed on the tech front! If anything we are nearer to wide scale commercialisation

The statement on moving to the main market I find odd. There must be something seriously big coming as right now the mcap is based on a whip round in the office rather than AIm. Main market requirement a are far greater

Some real clowns appearing! Warrants are irrelevant until exercised! Could be fair and say yes they are looking to raise 400k:80mil shares at .5 but you must also look at the fact the same investor has double that amount at 1.7! These guys aren’t selling, they are in for growth not a flip! Be realistic this is going a lot higher

Even at 1.7p it was priced to go bust. In fact you could say when it was initially dropped to 10p it was on its knees!

Truth is the MCAP after todays saviour is quite frankly ridiculous.

Looks set up to make a push into close now! The Mcap is the indicator to use here, it’s been absolutely decimated a few times over recent months. Nothing much has changed from 10p, larger share issue but still small in the grand scheme of things and our new investor isn’t goi g to be selling them being a private equity firm they are in for the long term value growth.
