Remember we are due an update on the UN Certification. We were told during Q2 that there was a slight defect which AMTE were aware of and rectifying with an update due Q3. It is now Q4, a recovery package has been received, I think it is fair to assume part of the package would have included AMTE showing that this is near conclusion and a market update will land soon.

Agree Stuart I know the site well being from the central band. It’s been split and is now thriving with small businesses mainly innovative start ups. The proposed site is as some say not close to car manufacturers. To me tht isn’t an issue at all. It is on the water front and ha easy access to shipping opening up channels out with the uk market which let’s be honest isn’t particularly massive anyway.

Seems a complete obsession with the new plant. For me the near term prospects are what attracted me here, sodium ion is getting a lot of interest at the moment with it likely to be the next big thing. Guess who’s already phase 4 of the cycle, you got it AMTE

Horis the factory has already been built, it is the old Michelin plant in Dundee. It will need kitted out for production however.

A counter offer is indeed likely, the pinnacle offer is good but s not good enough? There will be a few circling now who were in the initial discussions thinking they've shown their hands, can we give better value and take this forward. The company was priced beyond failure, investors know they can get this at a song and I am talking about the value in the tech not the balance sheet. That can change very quickly as the product is out there.
