I agree Andys in the right frame of mind to take this forward quickly and with the right backers. He seems very astute and comes with contacts and experience. Lets see how it all unfolds this week.

There are plenty non equity options out their, it just depends on Andy’s ability to strike such a deal. Given the potential longevity of the project I’d personally like to see some private debt being issued in the form of a long term bond. These deals are more lucrative for investors offering solid returns on interest. My only concern would be investors may want some form of guarantee of commercial o gas before striking a deal.

I reckon a farm up may be an option they will look at too, as a small struggling nation the economics of the additional investment would reap some serious rewards for them. it is also worth noting the lack of alternatives for them too enter at this time.

Nothing new in the presentations doesn’t mean an RNS on a jv can’t land at any point. That in my opinion isn’t going to change what’s presented only that the financing is good to go. Timor gap may decide to farm up further?

What’s the likelihood of Andy striking some form of private debt in the form of bonds? Long term to maturity would be favourable, perhaps staged drawdowns to keep repayments lower pre production?
