Barclays also yet to process the open offer shares in to the existing holding

I just checked mu Barclays Share account and that's not been updated yet ?

Barclays are showing the open offer allocation on my statement this morning but with the following notes set against it - any thoughts please before I call them?

"This product is no longer eligible in ISA Eligibility tooltip"

This investment is not ISA qualifying due to no longer listing on a HMRC recognised exchange

What happens next:

1. The investment will be transferred to your Investment Account if you have one

2. If you do not have an Investment Account, we will send you a share certificate where this option is available to us

3. Where you do not have an Investment Account and a share certificate is not available, the investment will remain within your Investment ISA

Thanks for the advice and feedback much appreciated - that said Barclays are still not showing any corporate action event for Rockhopper? Not sure why they would not have published it yet?

Apologies if this has already been raised but I'm seeking clarification on whether or not I can take up my Open Offer Allocation for shares held within my ISA? I'm fully subscribed for this year's £20,000 limit but akready have plenty of cash holding within my ISA so wouldn;t need to add any new money to it to take up the offer if allowed

I've downloaded Brave but when I try to open the LSE.com website I'm getting this message:-

"Unfortunately, you are unable to access content on this page however our resources section remains available"

anyone else had this issue or know how to resolve it please

I don't have any "motive" in asking the question at all other than to foster clarity - I have been a substantial (for me at least!) and long term private investor in RKH since 2004, adding to my holdings with seemingly each and every decline in the SP ever since - and only recently (at 48.3p) got to breakeven in my holding so all my interests lay in the success of this project.

I have no intention of selling any shares atthe very least until FID and even then would think to top slice at most to protect at least some gains after twenty years of misery !

Thanks for that feedback which aligns with my understanding. I do note however that whenever the FIG have made these statements asserting their independence over developing hydrocarbons the UK government has been noticeably absent in making any comment about it.

I wonder whether there is any obscure clause or associated strings in the legal arrangements between the UK government and the FIG that could be pulled by a UK government not wishing to be seen to be collaborating with such developments. Are there benefits or endowments that the UL government could use to put extreme pressure on FIG not to go ahead?

Does the FIG require any form of UK Government permission to sign off on Sealion Development? My undertanding has always been that the UK Government does not have any right to interfere in this decision? Any certain clarity on this would be appreciated

As a matter of interest how does the taxman get informed of how much CGT there is to pay on a share sale?

I appreciate the company is not going to put anything out about FID without the clinching paperwork being in place first but it strikes me as strange that there has been no comment at all given the 300% + increase in the share price. ?

As a very long term holder of over 14 years (I think my first buy was at £4.70 or something like that) I've followed this board all the way from excitement through the many phases of euphoria, through mild concern, then increasing anxiety then many many years of abject despair until finally this last few weeks a glimmer of light has re-ignited enthusiasm and returning euphoria.

Through each of these phases I carried on investing with significant top up purchases until I finally lost belief at around 10p and simply abandoned my holdings, not in the selling sense but in the monitoring, reviewing and hoping sense - in my mind I'd lost so much they were no longer worth worrying about let alone monitoring.

Throughout those long years, the one constant (at least from about 2015 onwards) , were the constant negative comments about everything and everyone associated with RKH , even up until the not so lomg ago 11p price - these doomsayers had nothing positive to say for 10+ years and I'm wondering what those same people are thinking now? After all, despite the stellar rise over the last few weeks, there has still been nothing concrete by way of news - so why are they not still talking this down anymore?

My inteerst is not in gloating or exposign anybody, I'm genuinely interested in what the Rock disbelievers think about the share price gallop these last few weeks? Are they still negative or are they now converts?

Someone must still have doubts surely?

For me I will simply try (and it's difficult after so many years disappointment) to resist the temptation to sell any rocky shares before first oil, even when they get to 49.9641p (my break even) I'm determined to see this thorugh to wherever it might go

? triumph1 when you say "For all intent and purposes, the dividend is effectively c.5.5%" how do you arrive at that calculation? At today's SP I make it about 9.7% yield?

Ex - D tomorrow is only for a 2.25 eurocents interim dividend (about 1.8p) so worth only about 2.7%

Just so I am crystal clear - are you predicting that Vodafone will fail and become insolvement with either a 0p valuation or at least a junk valuation?

If that is your prediction what timescale (+ or - 6months will do) ?

When is the next update of any official kind expected please?

The medium and longer term outlook for EZJ is definitely positive (800 is not inconceivable within a year) but this has a long history of volatility and it wouldn;t surprise me to see it closer to 480 by the time the results are out in October, so good short term trading opportunities if it does suffer another blip
